My Dream Fishing Man Cave - The Bass Cave

Спорт

In this bass fishing video I explain how I remodeled my garage to make it a bit more manageable to work and find all my fishing tackle. Being able to keep my tackle organized is a big deal for me and my time management in-between tournaments. This is the Bass Cave setup that I have been needing for many years. I may even put in a small TV to watch all my favorite KZread Fishing Videos! This is going to be a great place to work on my tackle moving forward!

Well done, beautiful fishing cave. It’s amazing how much gear you accumulate over years of fishing. While you said you didn’t pre-plan, it’s obvious you knew what would work for you, extremely logical and laid out. Only problem I see is there’s not much room for growth for the next 20 years, time to start planning the expansion 🧐🧐😃😃.

@@BradleyHallmanFishing I just informed her I'm buying a Garmin unit with Livescope, that went over well LOL! I slid a couple 12" Lowrance units on her last year but didn't disclose the full cost. Thankfully we have separate bank accounts or that may not fly. Trying to decide what size Garmin unit i want / can go with. I'm going to do a stack mount on top of my Lowrance unit and it's 12 but a lot of difference in cost between a 9, 10, and 12. Im only going to run Livescope on the Garmin so I'm wondering if a 9" unit would work.

@@BradleyHallmanFishing Thank you, sir! I'll be giving them a shout and will let them know you sent me. The 10" is what I was looking at, I'm sure that will work great. It's kind of the last piece of the puzzle for my rig. I have a Triton 21HP Elite and was seriously thinking about selling it and buying a new or newer boat but I really like my boat so think I'll just fish out of it for a few more years and then go buy that Phoenix I've been wanting for a while. My Triton is one of the good ones before WRM bought out Triton. I think a lot of us die hard Triton guys will be heading a different direction the next time we buy a new rig. When Earl owned Triton, they made a great boat but like Ranger, quality and CS is starting to suffer due to profit being the #1 goal. I live a few miles from where they build Allison's and Bullets but the cost of those boats have gone through the roof. Allison probably makes one of the best boats on the market but they're not wide enough for me on the bow but they sure will get on down the lake. Oh yeah, and I new fully rigged BasSport Pro Elite will run you north of $90,000. Thanks for the help, enjoy your channel, great information! Good luck and God bless...........CLT

No doubt. A guy might get $1000 worth of a bait for the whole year if he's fully sponsored and that's divided over hundreds of thousands of lures. If you think tackle is too expensive, get sponsored or don't buy it.

Hey Bradley, first time viewer, newly subscribed. I appreciate the videos and I like how you set up your tackle so you can see what you have and what you need. Things do get lost when they are not organized, for sure. I did want to make a note that you CAN still by Chompers brand items. They are at BPS and you can get them at their own website. I don't know how you feel about links to other sites in your comments but they can be found at chompers.com or at some select local bait shops. As far as people complaining about the price of the lures because sponsors give some away to their contracted anglers, that is just jealousy. I would love to have sponsors myself but like you, I pay for my stuff. Again, I appreciate the videos.

Now I enjoy organization and sorting tackle myself, but I really feel like it's something you never truly complete. What worked and made since 10 years ago might not be what suits me best today. It does help occupy me when I can find time to actually be on the water though. Nice setup you have there. Good luck at the next open!
