Steve Albini died 2024.05.07 and I wanted to draw this as a tribute.

    It's genuinely impossible to overstate albini's influence on noise rock/punk/grunge/what-have-you. He may be gone, but his racket will hopefully piss parents and neighbors off for years to come.

    Fuck, I didn’t even know. That sucks, man. Love Big Black (haven’t gotten around to Shellac for whatever reason) and, of course, many of the bands whose albums he did production on. Dude’s a legend. I really hope he’s resting easy

    Really nice tribute that...too young of course. 61, Jesus. Saw Big Black in late teens a few times in London, used to like how he'd double wrap his guitar strap round his skinny ass. Sad news
