I have a lil lady called CHIBI, 7 years old and absolutely gorgeous, funny, very affectionate and loves her 3 + walkies everyday, always take a toy with us and CHIBI is always attracting attention but she can be over protective for such a small dog and barks, growls and if really feels threatened will nip people's ankles so be very careful when small children want to stroke her!!!!, its a fight or flight mode and fiercely loyal and adores having her belly rubbed EVERYDAY!!!!, (IT'S A MORKIE THING),her appetite is incredible and also drinks lots of water, buy one full knowing your life will CHANGE.

Haha so true! Our 13 yo Chika changed our life as well. Morkies are very funny, affectionate and ADORE being with us. Not a good dog if you are not ready to have them always around. Ours never barks except when strangers come or the big fat black squirrel. All the others she will leave alone. Choosing a very good quality dry food is mandatory as they have good appetite and the poor dentition of the yorkie. Also ours tend to drink a lot, wich was first suspected of diabetes but no, just another morkie thing. Otherwise she is in very good shape and health for 13 years. When she sadly leaves us we will try to find another morkie. We love her stubborness, intelligence and that she makes us laugh everyday. Definitely the best comedy ticket we ever bought.
