Wouldn’t recommend this without proper ventilation, moisture will get sucked through the exhaust fan then will have nowhere to go leading to mold and a bunch of other problems. The wiring issue could be addressed also 😂

but in tropical country the roof is not total closed, unlike country with 4season they usually seal the roof to avoid weather extreme change. sorry for my bad english i hope you can get what i meant.
