As someone who is pregnant and uses a wheelchair, I'm very grateful for this type of reporting. I've had comments on my youtube channel (that I've removed) about the harm I'm doing my unborn baby because I'm pregnant and I use a wheelchair. It's important for all people to pursue happiness, obstacles and all :-)

I have a 19 year old that i raised by myself. I have spina bifida and use a wheelchair. I so wish i had a video camera back then to record how i did things with my son like pushing a stroller and bathing. If this is your first child and you have questions I have lots of experience and stories and tips! :-) Raising a baby from a wheelchair in my experience is not as difficult as you may think and kids are quick to adapt!

Madison Meredith it sets boundaries. There's already self conscious feelings that's she's not physically able to do certain things. Why confuse the situation more by letting blanca make parental decisions. I wouldn't let my nanny decide my child's life ..why is there a dbl standard? She's getting an education and doing what she can, honestly better than most single mom's.

I think if her brain works properly and able to feed her child and interact and play then she doing what a mother should do the nanny just extra hands to help with bathing and changing and play with the child so there is more love given to the child it's like the child has 2 parents

Her being capable has nothing to do with having children. Celebrities have children, are fully capable of taking care of them, and have full time nannies that do everything. Yet they have 6... Well I guess you can when you don't have to take care of them.

Why should someone miss out on the greatest gifts in life just because they have a disability? It angers me the way people have the audacity to call her selfish! I have a muscle wasting disease which will leave me in a wheelchair in a few years but I still plan on raising a family! It's easy for people without a disability to judge and throw comments around but put yourself in our shoes, why should I grow up watching my friends have kids but not me?! As long as the child is well looked after that's all that matters.

People aren't saying she is selfish because she can't physically take care of her baby, but because her disease is progressive and in a few years unfortunately she will die. Since her family and her ex-boyfriend don't seem to be helping her, who will be the one looking after the child?

Not at all. A simple blood test for her future husband/boyfriend will determine if she can have kids with him. At least she already knows to test for it. Some people have kids by accident and only realize later that their genes were not compatible.

It feels really nice to see this because my mother has been in a wheelchair since I was born. She had MS and it affects her legs really bad so it's extreeeeeeeeeeeeemeley hard for her to walk. But in the beginning of my life she was very very sick until I got to 8th grade. Other people were taking care of me and my mother but as I got older she got better to where she could take of herself and move out. But she was still sick, so she would take care of herself while I was gone and when I came back I had to do things. My mom is pretty independent she does everything by herself now. It just really touches my heart to see another parent who is disabled w a child. Because living with a family like mine can feel pretty lonely and left out sometimes. I'm getting ready to go to college now and everybody is so surprised that I wanna go out of states and after I graduate not come back to care of my mom. I tell them that if she could have a child and take of me for 18 years then she doesn't need my help. And my mother agrees. And I hope that they have as much independence and freedom and I wish them the best journey 💖💖💖💖💖 wish I could hug them lol

Her child is well taken care of, so I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. She is fed, bathed, sheltered, and has the international she needs to thrive. There are children in the world, who have two able-bodied parents that don't take care of their children as much as this women does. It may not be the conventional way, but there are children that have parents that can move their arms and legs, and don't take the time to get oof the couch and love their children

Her words are slurred because the muscle dystrophy also effects the muscles in her face and throat that work together to form clear, concise pronunciation. Which sucks because with Spanish and most romance languages, pronunciation can be the difference between two totally different meanings.
