Acha Passang la, your workplace reminded me of my first RN job 8years ago in a nursing home 😊 It was tough with 40 patients and I was the only nurse on the floor 😢 I currently work in a hospital and it is much much better with ratio of 1:5 (not 1:40 😂) Never heard of PSW job title in NYC maybe we don’t have one? FYI You are such a soft spoken person I wish I am more like you. I am so hyper 😂

Oh that must have been tiring! I’m glad to hear it’s better now. Haha you’re too kind but I’m sure you’re probably very caring and patient, since you’re a RN. Being a nurse is quite a big responsibility and hard job, you must’ve worked really hard, so remember to be proud of yourself! ❤🙏❤️

@@dhendupfamily It was! I only worked there (nursing home) 6 months or so and immediately left when I got job offer from a reputed hospital 🏥 and continued to work in the hospital

Thank you for your kind comment. But unfortunately I don’t want to speak my mother tongue. Because of my children are autistic. So I don’t want to confuse them. I love to teach my culture and language but not at this time. Maybe after few years later. Keep watching us . If you have little time my humble request can you please research about server autism leave 3. . Then you will understand better about my children. Thank you 🙏
