I switched to kb and m about a month and a half ago and you were doing better then me at 2 weeks. I still fumble my binds and notice that I hold w at times when I don’t want to like switching weapons or trying to take someone’s wall.

Bro ngl I have been playing keyboard and mouse for about three weeks and I am elite 2 and I would say it is not worth doing the switch, ik it sounds stupid but if your good enough on controller it is much better. I know disadvantage in mechanics but there is such an advantage in aim and I believe aim is way more important than being able to do quad edits😊not trying to put you down or anything but just letting you know. Good luck on your journey!

switching to kbm made me 100x better. and that’s not an exaggeration. my aim improved, building, and overall fighting. everything got better. i’d say it’s absolutely worth the switch. even if you’re amazing on controller. especially since fortnite is so game sense heavy. being on keyboard and mouse would even give controller pros an advantage

Yesterday was my first day on kbm and I was able to do triple edits, easy.

u are good ngl i play for most 2 years and i can do ssquad edit and more

I had my wall bind x and stairs c and floor side button mouse 4 and cone side button mouse 5 i was so good at this but i realised that its slow when clicking x and c and hard to use cone floor same time so I switched it to the opposite

I played 2-3 hours a day at the start and never swapped back to controller. Make sure that your binds don’t put too much pressure on 1 finger.

do you have any tips for new kbm players? I have played for about 2 1/2 weeks and i can double edit. I have worked on piece control a lot and I have seen some progression. I cannot build fight and my aim isnt great. At this point i dont know what to work on because i have worked on it all. Please help.

Start with lower sens if ur struggling to aim and do aim training maps

Good binds, And finding a sensitivity that works for you If you are not familiar with a keyboard start just randomly learning your binds away from things that aren't even fortnite, just sitting down on your computer? try using the number keys on your keyboard or maybe even at a school computer get yourself familiar to pressing buttons you normally have problems clicking. on the sensitivity part try finding a sens that you find fast enough for YOU it doesn't matter if your aim is bad with it cause everyone has bad aim unless you aim train 2 hours a day or play 8 hours a day of creative. I am overall more accurate with 6.7x 6.9y Sens but I am way more comfortable with 8.7x 8.9y sens and after a week of aim training my aim was really good for a high sens
