Heeleys/roller shoes, maybe google children learning to use their roller trainer shoes to get an idea of how to use them, then Ella will need to practice. The hash browns looked great, you didn't need to wash the grated potatoe you had already rinsed the potato before grating. You have a talent at furnishing and interior design, I am so glad the owners want you to do it for them, that could be a great business for you. A easy way to separate the yolk is to crack the egg in your hand...of course its easier when you are not holding a camera..but when you crack the egg in your hand open up your fingers so the egg whites can go through your hand and into a bowl and you are left holding the yolk

Just like cooking 2X fire noodles. Washing hashbrowns takes out all the extra starch. To me, makes it whiter. Cuz if you cook without rinsing it, it turns greyish dark in color when cooking.
