He talk about the good and the bad tho. And his good reviews have doubled and sometimes trippled the profits of the good restaurants that deserve it. By him being honest he's built up credibility over time which allows him to actually help the restaurants that are on point. If you not on point and taking people's money then you deserve to be called out on it.
