Most of them eat the same thing like I’m sure 60-80% of all them animals she has will eat crickets so she could just buy like 500 crickets for a certain price instead of buying 10 of every different bug for every different animals it’s bulk buying way cheaper

You're being a great mother! It's so important to teach kids how to take care of animals! This video as well made me think "Oh wow that's a lot of work if you own pets like this or even any other kind" and it really is! I own cats and dogs and while my cats require mainly food, a sleeping place and a lot of attention, the dogs need to be walked and fed too. And if anything comes up, off to the vet we go. I also plan to get a Tarantula once I have my own apartment and maybe I'm getting a snake as well so it's honestly great to see the amount of care you have to put into having them as a pet!

Certain criminals are more likely to have exotic pets, or at least that's the image that has formed in our culture. Exotic pets can be expensive, and might be a less suspicious luxury, or easier to do with "dirty" money, than things like cars and jewelry. And for some criminals, the animals are the crime, although smuggled endangered animals won't be housed nicely like pet/display animals, so they would see a much different scene.

@@synnvelange7062 That's what I was thinking...like the bugs might be kinda weird but they're not gonna hurt you. Whereas a snapping turtle, venomous snake (or constricting snake) or an alligator could and would give you a very painful death.

Hey! This is NOT the first video of yours that I’ve watched at all, but I just wanted to say that you inspired my love for reptiles and especially snakes, and it is the highlight of my day to unwind in front of my Corn Snake vivarium and watch your videos! I got my corn snake three days ago, my first ever reptile pet named Caito! I bought your recommended products for him because I knew I could trust your judgement and experience. But I want to end my rambling that could go on and on by just saying that your love and passion for your animals is what I love the most. I can tell you care about the health and happiness of each of them, and you love and are fascinated by them, which I hope you know rubs off on all of us, certainly for me. We have a dubia roach colony, and I became quite attached to one in particular. I cared for him, and put him in his own seprate bin. I held him and loved him dearly.

You should make yourself a dubia sortation system. Basically take large plastic tubs and stack them on top of one another. Take a drill and for each bin use a different sized drill bit to make holes. When you have to sort the dubias just shake the egg crate at the top, the different sized holes will allow the different sized dubias to pass through. I have a dubia colony and this method saved me so much time.

@@mayaandisa5191 I think miss unitato is referring to the dozen other snake enclosures that were cleaned by hand, lol. I mean, I'm certain she washes her hands thoroughly after all that, but gloves seem like a really good idea!

There probably also aren't too many diseases that transfer to humans from snakes. You def don't need to worry about catching any of their parasites.

i dont use gloves to clean my guinea pigs poop. it probably just doesnt bother her anymore

I don’t know why but I find it funny that they have to eat with toad scent. Poor toads. Jk it’s hilarious

toads probably thinking its only getting fed because of the rubbing so it just chills out

I poke holes in foil seals to make sprinkle jars/jugs too! It works well with liquids too.

the way she has to rub the toad with the mouse is hilarious for no reason

New viewer. Saw 2 videos on snakes then clicked this one. I was not expecting to see a gator in a kiddy pool.

Imagine her going on vacation for a month and leaving a list of what to feed when for her friend! That would be a long list! Also I love how she has a drawer in her freezer with a load of rats!

I love Milton, she’s so cute! I like the way she hunts. The other geckos are still absolutely adorable though, especially the little white one. So timid! I shudder at the bugs though.

I think this is way more educational than you give yourself credit for! :3 I learned a lot about the amount of work that goes into keeping your animals and I'm sure you have so many more of them now, too!
