I feel you so much on this! I started working at 19 years of age and am 25 now. Corporate life is just shit. There were days when I used to come home by 3:30 or 4:00 in the morning. I am in a better place now but there is always that insecurity if what I am doing is enough. Also, don't your colleagues message or ask about availability before calling you?

I know right! I too feel like that so many times, as if questioning my own productivity About colleagues calling without checking, that's another thing in Corporate. People are very hierarchy driven, they want to call direct because they are above in the hierarchy!😮
