Akka please do eat something before workout if you feel hungry akka ... its not good to avoid eating before working out ... Even i used to do the same but after a while I've started feeling giddiness.. So eat dome nuts or bread before working out as a pre-workout snack 🥰🥰

Hey Anoohya, hai. Please do not keep your laptop on your bare lap. Atleast keep one pillow under it. The heat which comes from laptop is not good for our body.

I generally wash my hair twice a week.If my scalp gets really itchy because of workout I just wash my hair.
