    Dude, thank you! This helped me get a look I liked. I do like the various LUTS and their ENV like Nova lut and GITS but, I also felt they took a bit away from night city while also adding a bunch of other things like GITS does with reLIGHT. But...the atmosphere was different and that ended up bugging me, I really just wanted the green tint to be gone. Using your Reshade settings on Nova LUT PURE the game looks amazing! It is not entire Vanilla, but it is very close while looking excellent!

    Love all these lighting mod reccomendations - I still struggle mostly with draw distance issues. I have a high end PC but the amount of weird lighing pop ins i get, especially whilst driving, is horrendous. None of the draw distance mod fixes seem to be updated post 2.0 patch either. Its a gorgeous game, just as long as you're standing still.

    I feel your pain, from what I hear from various mod authors, cdpr broke something about the draw distance and lod's post 2.0. None of the lod mods work now and those that do are hardly noticeable because the engine no longer allows large changes in draw distances... The game is gorgeous until stuff starts popping in haha. That said, since you have a high end PC, I have 3 mods to recommend if you haven't tried them. Improve Vegetation LODs: www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3627 This one basically sets the game into cinematic mode which forces vegation to load 3d textures from further away. From my experience using it, it doesn't improve the resolution of the distant 3d textures but it increases the range which 2d textures swap to 3d. NVFlods: www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/8440 This improves npc LOD and it actually works. The biggest difference is hair textures load in from much further away. Improved Level of Detail: www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/8694 This is the only general draw distance mod that I can confirm works in 2.1. At least for me, using this with NVFlods completely eliminates npc LOD issues.

    Thx Krush@@KrushSG Question, can you run both at once, NV and the Improved? Im running a number of mods from the list recommended by sammy lucia on the Ultra Plus RT_PT list and Im running NVF but not the Not So Good Draw Distance mod.. @finnmont think it was ok in 1.63 , but did the LOD problems start with 2.0?

    @@kenhiew2900 yes you can run all 3 of them together, i do personally. I tried not so good draw distance, it doesnt seem to do much for me. The thing about Ultra Plus RT PT is it comes with some LOD tweaks itself, so if you run RTPT, you probably dont really have to use Not So Good Draw distance or Improved Level of Detail.

    Increased Level of Detail Distance seems to work almost perfectly now. It's been updated in the last week. You still get a little LOD pop-in, on the buildings and higher structures. Really big improvement versus the broken vanilla LODs. I get really amazing results despite the vanilla LOD bugs. You can use it with Improved Environment LODS, but it can override some LOD textures like Blur Begone and other HD/HG textures. I tried RT alone, then added ILODD, and there is some better LOD overall. The pop-in and blurring at father distances is much better. It also makes replacer ads and textures have the proper textures/LOD at way farther distances. The new Light Beams Fix mod by sosuine also benefits from using ILODD.

    My favourite is overchrome Lut on top of California lightning and enhanced weather mod... A light reshade to desaturate a little colors and it's a showcase beauty in path tracing...

    Yep that's a really popular combination. Ove3rchrome's author claims the LUT-only is outdated but I think it looks great with nclm env

    Fair assessment on the variety of lighting mods, there's no objective best. I've finally tried Nova LUT for 10hrs, and during night, morning, rain, fog & in parts late afternoon, looks excellent. Issue is washed out, overblown, cold blue sunny middays w/pale blue sky: California in reality is contrasty, saturated, warm with DEEP blue skies. And since I prefer to play during daytime (especially with most of Dogtown not having any artificial lights), NCLM wins with deep blues & warmer city looks, plus an Awesome sunset. Yet other times NCLM looks artificial, oversaturated and dulls neon signs to look odd as you've said. Have half a solution: try Nova LUT with in-game gamma set to 1.15 (ups contrast, downs brightness) & 15% extra vibrance. Latter can be done in Windows, AMD or NVidia setting but VibranceGUI gives you a simple per game tool for it - upped stock 50% setting to 66% for the Cyberpunk EXE and voila: Nova has better saturation without being too much. Midday could still be warmer and sky deeper blue but its improved and everything else looks awesome. 75% vibrance a little too much but also works-

    Thanks for the suggestion! I'll check out vibrancegui. Yes nova lut definitely requires a gamma bump for sure. Aye NCLM is definitely top notch. It may be a little oversaturated but it just looks so good haha

    @@KrushSG Cheers! I did return to NCLM after all, ver 1.4. I might look into how to make those neon light properly pop and perhaps remove some of the saturation (annoyingly VibranceGUI does not allow below 50% (normal) value. Oh well...

    How do you manage to test all those mods easily?Do you use Vorten mod manager? to install /uninstall - activate/deactivate mods? A detailed tutorial would be much apreciated !!!! Did you listen the end song that you used in any of Cyberpunks 2007 radio staion? If so do you remember wich one ? Thank you

    Hey, yep I do use vortex exactly because I swap mods so often for showcases. I used to manually install the mods prior to making videos. I have a couple more videos planned for now but I'll consider doing a short tutorial on vortex once those are done. The song isn't a cyberpunk soundtrack song, it's Cyberpunk Dark Sport by Infraction, I have it linked in the description if you wanna check out that music channel.

    Im running some tests right now with nova lut pure while also waiting to see if any other updates are round the corner before I put a video out, just in case. For now I feel that pure is way brighter than the main version, almost too blown out at times, but this seems to largely be an issue when using just the lut alone. The problem is significantly better when run together with nova env. It also brings way more saturation and contrast to it compared to the main version, especially for distant objects, which is one of the main issues with the main version. So it's a plus and minus scenario. Most of the whites and bright highlights can be fixed(to an acceptable extent) by running pure with nova env and bumping ingame gamma settings up to 1.10-1.15, which puts it in a better place than the main version imo because the main version almost always requires reshade(especially if rt or pt is turned on), whereas pure can get by without reshade(to an extent). At the same time, being forced to run it with nova env means you lose alot of the ambience(fog, bloom etc) that come with other env's or even the stock vanilla env. With reshade things change a little because nova env is no longer required to fix the blown out issue. I feel pure edges out the main nova lut in the sense that it is always easier to subtract from what is already there(pure), rather than try to add on to what is lacking(main nova lut). I also find that with reshade I dont need to do nearly as much tweaking with pure to get it to where I want it to be, compared to the main nova lut which requires me to bump almost everything up and tweak alot of the colour stuff.

    How stable is the game with these settings and mods for you? I have NOVA lut and RT-PT Full, HD Reworked, Better surfaces textures, ultra rasterization settings, ultra RT, DLSS Balanced at 1440p with an RTX 3080 and it drops to around 45fps in some parts of the city, mostly in Dogtown, while the utilization of the GPU is around 85% and the experience is not so good because of that :( What do you suggest to fix this issue?

    The game is pretty stable for me with the mod load out I'm currently running. Dogtown is always going to hit much harder than everywhere else in my experience, I usually take about a 15-20% fps hit just going into Dogtown, which is why I try to optimize my settings for 60fps in Dogtown itself so I'm basically guaranteed 60+ everywhere else. That said, based on your description I'd say it sounds like part of the problem for you might be a CPU bottleneck. This is not definitive but just an educated guess. In an ideal GPU limited scenario you shouldn't see GPU utilization drop below 90-95%, getting drops below 90% suggests that your GPU may not be running at max capacity, which could point toward a scenario where your CPU is overtaxed and pumping out less frames than your GPU can render, the GPU works less hence the drop in utilization. My suggestion would be to try lowering your crowd density settings by 1 notch if you are able to, that might help with random frame drops and low GPU uilization. It probably won't get you to 60fps in Dogtown though, you might have to consider going with dlss performance. Do you have any mods that manipulate crowd density atm?

    ​@@KrushSG Thank you for your reply friend. I have a Ryzen 5 5600, but I saw that even with a 5800x3d in Dogtown happens the same, CPU bottleneck. I don't have any crowd mod for the same reason of CPU bottleneck and even have crowd density to low and HDD mode on, though I have it on an SSD, because it lowers the CPU usage under certain scenarios too. I tried with a custom resolution 3325 X 1871 and DLSS Ultra performance because it has the best performance/visuals ratio than the standard resolutions and now I have less CPU bottleneck and more stable fps. I have another problem, whenever I enter exit in-game menus, the fps drops to like 20fps for a few seconds and then it recovers, but not only that, sometimes it even caps to like 30fps and it is very unstable, while the GPU utilization is at 100% and it never recovers, I have to exit and enter the game again to recover the fps. I think my game is kind of corrupted. Don't know what kind of mod can be doing this or if it is the game itself.

    Yes i agree, it's not so much that it makes it grey, it just desaturates the warmth from sunlight. That's why my reshade settings attempt to restore some of that warmth. The new pure version handles this better it seems.

    Ah so shaders are offered as one of the installation steps when you install reshade into the game. It'll ask you to select from a bunch of shader libraries at some point during the installation. You should select at least the legacy and quint shaders, or you could select all of them just to be sure you have everything.

    I tried gits showa when it first launched but had some problems with it looking weird in a few areas, it's been updated since then so I'll probably revisit it soon.

    The mod Fast Launch (Skip Intro - Startup Videos) on Nexus or skipping the start menu using CET could help with your problem. Also make sure you're putting your ReShade files in the correct folder, SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 is where I have currently have mine.

    I'm having a weird issue. I have close to the same setup as you, pretty much all the same mods + RT Ultra Plus RT/PT Fast, r9 7900x -25 offset + Vengeance 32gb CL30 EPXO + 7900xtx 1120/30mv undervolt + 2714mhz vram, but I'm fairly certain it's something within the game itself as I've tested it with and without RT/PT and stock gpu + cpu settings to no avail. Whenever I'm getting a call from an NPC during a mission, like in I Fought the Law, if I have RT Lighting enabled with FSR or XeSS on any quality level, the second I open and close my inventory or any kind of menu I get pretty bad micro stuttering that won't go away unless I restart the game or change a graphical setting but it will come back if I open a menu again. Not sure if you or anyone else has also had this issue, but I can't seem to get rid of it unless I turn off RT Lighting. :(

    Yes that happens to me too! The only difference is it goes away for me as soon as the call ends. It's happened ever since 2.0 for me and I get it with mods, without mods, it happens unpredictably but always starts the same way you describe.

    So, after some more testing, I think I was able to find a temporary fix! The mod Adaptive Graphics Quality (AGQ) on Nexus, has put a bandage on the situation. I have it set to turn RT Lighting off when entering the inventory and turn it back on when exiting it. Even though this issue only happens on a call I just have it set to run all the time and haven't had any problems since using it. I hope CDPR can figure this weird little bug out, but maybe that's wishful thinking lol. Hopefully this works for you as much as it has for me! Also, I just want to thank you for everything you do, your videos have helped me turn my game into a work of art! So, keep up the amazing work!! @@KrushSG

    10:20 he said he uses a custom reshade and the instructions let you replicate whatever he did in his preset. Amd CAS and lightroom are in selectable shader packs included with every reshade installation. Those are the settings he changed.

    @@mikedc101 what version of reshade are you using? I believe from version 4.x onwards the installer gives you an option to select from a list of shaders to install along with reshade. Lightroom is in the quint library so you need to install the quint/martymcfly shader pack

    Haha ikr, got lucky with the lottery. Cyberpunk is actually the only game that I had to back off a little to 1065. Every other game I play runs fine at 1050.

    That's due to various the edits made to hair, but it is highly gpu specific from what I gather(AMD vs Nvidia have different issues with different settings). v1.8 seems to have fixed it for me, but prior to that I made my own edits to the file to fix the white shimmer problems.

    The most needed mod in cyberpunk would be a hacking mod. Hacking in this game is weak and boring, it needs a complete overhaul.

    1000% agreed on that. I kinda get the pause to hack mechanic somewhat, and some of the hacks are actually interesting with cool combo mechanics. But the actual hacking interface is super clunky and unintuitive so it just makes everything feel bad.

    @@KrushSG Even deus Ex human revolution had a better hacking system than this game. It's a shame because it would greatly enhance the gameplay.
