​@@ncbynovella cant wait to see more! I couldn't see the video you mentioned showing how you moisturise. How do you also manage with the itchy scalp! My poor baby girl is going through it - such dry scalp. Also will you incorporate steaming as your journey progresses? I found that it really imparts a lot of moisture x

@@LmzSuszie ah yes that video hasn't been released yet that's why, soon come though. I haven't experienced any itchy scalp fortunately, possibly because I've been sticking to my wash routine right from when I got my locs installed and also I really take my time when washing my scalp (video coming soon). No steaming for me (I actually have a steamer at home lol), I hardly ever steamed my loose natural hair so I can't really see myself steaming my locs. Yes steaming is beneficial for many, if it works for you I'd continue steaming.

@ncbynovella Hi Dear! I just finished watching your video about growing your daughters hair and I’m trying to grow my own. But, I personally don’t like the way I look in twists or braids. What is your suggestion for growing my hair while also still looking attractive? I have fine hair with medium density. I’ve heard some say wigs, crochet etc. p.s. how often do you moisturize your daughters hair between wash days? I greatly appreciate any advice you have 🙏🏽

Hey sis! thanks for watching, there are other styles you could try that are simple and tension free for example flat twists, bantu knots, ponytail (not tight though) etc but also remember that embracing your natural hair starts in the mind and a lot of the times there has to be a mindset shift otherwise you'll probably not like any natural style that's done with your own hair. I'm assuming you're referring to my eldest daughter, I moisturise her hair once a week

No I don't use any oils on my locs, I also didn't use oils on my loose natural hair either.
