Ooooh, you have a good point! I think it's super important to let people know that we are all artists and we're all going through the same struggles! No one is perfect and we're always learning, and I hoped that sharing my old art work would show struggling artists that it just takes time and practice 😄❤

I threw away all my old art cuz I was too ashamed by them 😭🙅 but my mother told me how when I was very little I never spoke so if I wanted something(for exsample from the store) I would draw out candy or chips on a paper and give it to her😂

I wish my patents kept my early sketches. I would of love to see how my drawing style was back then. And also i wish i people didnt steal my sketch books in high school. The earliest work i have is from 2015. Age 16 and above. 😢😔😔 Im jealous.

OMG Species ! I loved that movie ! That's the one that got me into horror movies, even though it's not purely horror. I dunno, it was fascinating and I got to like the alien woman eventhough she's supposed to be the villain. Well, everyone is trying to kill her and yes she wants to destroy humanity but oh well.

Yeah DBZ was one of the first anime I saw. Got me hooked but I didn't watch every episode same with DB. I was watching the whole series through DBZ Kai uncut and I made bad fan comics.

WOW.. 10 year old you was making yuri comics! OT: this is what I do when I need to get inspired or need to come up with some ideas for another comic. I take a look at some of the drawings I did in high school and see what I can do with them now.

A lot of people spend the entire video bashing their art when they make one of these. You seem to have some respect for where you were as an artist and were mostly laughing over the cringey phases you went through, which is very refreshing and probably more encouraging to younger artists.

Hello my dear Lizbeth❤ first off id like to say i truly love your work and honestly live to watch your videos!😂 and im not even sure you'll read this. But im a junior in highschool and i think i wanna be a mangaka. I always come up with pretty good ideas and my art is always a wip, of course im no where near ready to publish but, my story is my passion. I also would like to pursue a career in the medical feild and this makes my decisions much more complicated. I think understand what i need to do but im not sure how to do it, especially in my situation, im struggling to find any colleges that could help me get into the comic book industry once i graduate and im quite terrified. Should i just quit my dream? Is it even possible for me? im sorry to be a bother but id just really like to ask where i can truly start

There was this project of ours where we had to draw our own superhero. I tried, but the head was so disproportionate compared to the body. It looked like an elongated version of a chibi.

The other day I found and showed an old sketchbook to my friends. They said that I gave them hope and I was terrible 😂 was at that moment that I knew wasn't exagerating and I was reaaaally bad...
