whats the difference between the prototype JJRE and the normal ones?

@Bendigo_garbo the normal trucks are accos and the prototype is the only one and a different style. We are getting new trucks in July. Hope this helps🙂

@@CoastyGarbonah the prototype was 1 of 2 prototype volvo’s, 1574 and 1599 which were both volvo’s. they had 2 of these to test them out as they have upgraded the cab as well. the reason why there was 2 is because they wanted to test the waste/greenies body which 1574 has and 1599 with the recycler body. they have now improved the bodies to be a tad bigger but this is why they call it a prototype. 1599 was a melton truck in the 2012 - 2018 fleet and 1574 will no longer be with the gold coast in july when the 13 year contract ends to retire the iveco’s and bring in the newer volvo’s. hope this helps
