Reminds me of a regular metal milling machine with those lead screws. Are you using stepper motors or regular DC motor with resolver feedback positioning? I really enjoyed the mechanical aspect of the build. Would like to see more of the electrical when you have a notion to share. Thanks.

+Ron Briz Thanks. I kinda designed it after a milling machine. I ran a big Fadal mill for 16 years. Regular stepper motors. Not very fast with lead screws, but very powerful.

Nice to see your homebuilt CNC. Great job with it! Look forward to seeing more cnc projects that you come up with. Are you still using USBCNC as your control? I still have Mach3.

+Dave Robbie Thanks Dave. I started using Mach3, but the Laptop crapped out. My Newer one had no printer port. So I went with Planet CNC-USB. Lot better then Mach3. The software Will load all kinds of graphic files directly, and carve them.
