Joe Herman I didn’t know that about Schumann and his wife being mentors,? See how cool is this?!? Yes if I pick up anymore I will let you know..I was kinda hoping to find some lute music on vinyl but no luck so far.....have some on cd though....happy to hear many more to come!

William Robinson while I appreciate Mahler, I used to have a cassette of the Symphony No. 2 when I was younger, alas, I do not have much by him in the collection. I may have a vinyl, but then again, maybe not. In any case, new video soon. Thank you for following along!
Recently bought and listened to the Mendelssohn recording with Mutter/Karajan. And very uninspired performance. There are many, many better ones.
