I am a mental health nurse and have seen so many patients lose their sanity due to sexuality as they are abused further my their families and have no one to turn to for support. Psychiatrist here. I think your understanding of sexuality and gender is extremely superficial. Homosexuality or gender dysphoria doesnt lead to depression, anxiety or PTSD. Bigotry and homophobic views are actually the cause of mental health problems you are describing

Its Not likely that we hear from a preacher that homosexual feelings may be a struggle for people who feel this way. We usually hear like its a zina and easy to leave but what about people who are not acting on the feelings but struggling to supress them. Your way of. Solution is empathetic which is how. It should. There's a very important difference between being a transgender and getting involved in homosexual activities. Many transgenders are physiologically or biologically or psychologically like that. Just like you are a human, he or she is the same and in fact might be more pious than you. So it's pivotal not to blame them.

There’s a difference between transgender and intersex. Intersex are born with both male and female genitalia. Transgender choose to change their gender based on their psychological perception of themselves.

We should not measure "Allah ki Raza" and our "qismat" by the parameter of profit and loss in the worldly life. The greatest sign of "Allah ki raza" and good "qismat" is guidance (hidayat). Jisko Hidayat naseeb hogai, uski qismat ban gai. That’s how it should be. But how do we measure Allah's "Khushi" and "Qismat bangai"? We measure all through profit and loss in the worldly matters such as "Paisay wali job" and "Khubsurat ghar" and "Behtareen gari" and "Pasand ka mil jana". And we consider the absence and loss of all these to be "bad qismati" and "Allah ki narazgi". Do not let worldly losses and trials ever make you feel that Allah does not like you and is punishing you. For verily that is a flawed concept (to begin with). And this flawed concept takes a person totally away from Allah (the source of peace and security). Remember that the greatest blessing and greatest sign of Allah's love is hidayah. So do not waste yourself and your physical and mental health by taking tention of worldly losses.
