Yes but here's the thing there shouldn't even be a KZread Kids. At all because it's illegal. That's the thing people are not getting is that it's illegal to have the children on websites like KZread and Facebook that collect data of their users because that's taking the private information of minors of those under the age of 13. KZread kids still used that tracking data in direct violation of that law

​@@SpiderandMosquito Although that's still bull imo, when I was 13 I was in 2 AP classes, it's not like kids are brainless, especially those from 11-12. It's incredibly dismissive on the part of the government to say that they shouldn't be allowed to interact with the world and learn from it.

Ok so basically, my idea is to have the biggest indie content creators join together and make a new video sharing platform. One where fair use can exist, creators can make a living, so on and so forth. I think that if creators want to make a living, KZread needs to die. Simple as that.

Nintendo is colorful, but dark as hell. Splatoon takes place after humans die out from sea levels rising, and the story mode also has some pretty scary implications about Octarian society after their defeat by the Inklings, not to mention the entirety of Octo Expansion. Drifloon literally abducts kids. Cursula is a Corsula that died thanks to climate change.

Y'know that picture where it's like, 50 years ago parents scolded their kids for having bad grades versus today where parents scold teachers for their kids having bad grades? That's where we're at. Instead of keeping an eye on what their kids are watching, parents are demanding that the platform change for them. What's next? Parents demanding that the world change its shape to fit their child's needs? I pity those kids when they realize that's not how things work once they're older.

What in the actual world was youtibe kids invented then?

I really do wonder how Team Fortress 2 in particular is going to be affected. It’s probably one of the most cartoony and colorful first person shooters. Not to mention goofy. It’s also a video game, which apparently means it’s meant for children. On the other hand, it features some pretty heavy gore. Severing heads, exploded body parts, and the like... It’s all pretty graphic, at least as much as it can be with the artstyle. I figure it’s going to boil down to whatever agent is scouring through videos actually knows what TF2 is or if they actually watch the video. From what I can tell, they could just look a thumbnail of a cartoony person and figure “This is for kids, obviously, and it’s not marked as such.”

Remember 2 years ago when that one guy was trying to change the entire internet it’s like everything is after the internet this decade

Hey Arlo watched your videos for about 4 years now. Just appreciate what you you do and how you do it. You're a great monster, and there is obvious passion in your craft. What im trying to say here, is that youtube and internet content as a whole lacks an organization in charge of moderating or rating the content put up online. Videogames, movies, whatever, they do have someone in charge of reviewing them and making sure they are rated as best as possible so they get to their audience. Implementing a rating board for youtube videos could slow down the content upload rate the plataform currently has.

Hey Arlo, Whole thing sucks with everything going on its scary and difficult. But you have a fan who will be praying you find a way or they see reason. I love you and your content it is an amazing channel and if anything were to happen to it I would legitimately cry. This is one channel that would be sorely missed by many many people I pray that it doesn't go.

I was 9 when You tube started. Mature content everywhere and I grew up just fine

There isn't much to do other than hold tight and see what happens. Hopefully, this doesn't come to pass, but if it does, I'll always remember the good times. You're one of my most favorite KZreadrs, Arlo. You've brought a whole lot of enjoyment to my life and even inspired me to do my own stuff on this platform (I may not do it now considering what's happening, but you've inspired me nevertheless). Regardless, you've done a hell of a job with this channel. You've built something pretty noteworthy here. You don't know me, but I love you, man. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts. If we make it through this, I'll be sure to keep watching your stuff for, hopefully, many years to come.

Well its good to see that the Petition is almost completely signed.

The whole idea that you have to mark your content as 'for kids' when it's colorful doesn't make sense at all! It's the world upside down. Instead of marking something as 'for adult' and not showing it to kids, we obligate you to make your content for kids even if it's not. Who makes laws like that? It's insane on a next level.

Hey Arlo! I'm pretty new to your channel, but I'll definitely be sticking around. As another 30-something who grew up with Nintendo, so much of your content resonates with me. Nintendo is ingrained in our childhood memories. We have so much love and passion for the company. When we see they're doing questionable (at best) things, we get angry with them. Not because we hate them, but because we care and we expect more. Because we know they're CAPABLE of more. So, in response to the end of your video... much love man! For you and your content. Coppa was like Article 13, on paper it sounds terrible but in reality everyone forgot it even existed
