I honestly was not satisfied with my 2018 because of starting highschool and getting in tons of drama but there was also my life at home. I got in many fights with my parents including very serious ones and had several mental breakdown . My depression had been the worst it ever had and I have hated to be alive most of the days.. And wanted to leave and go away. I'm 14 and also overweight so I've been struggling with confidence and self control. I kept telling myself that I could do it and be better but just wait till next year when 2019 will hopefully be better and when I finally do more and get my life together. I hope 2019 will be a great year and I will learn to be myself and be confident, have self control, leave the negative people in my life, speak up, and work harder. There is no better time to focus on yourself and work hard than right now.. 2018 has been the worst year of my life so bye 2018 and hello to a new year 2019. 💗 - Amber.

That’s why we cared so much about the inconsistency because when we go onto KZread we just wanna listen to you talk with us and play scary games! (At least for me). Don’t forget though that your health is really important and your happiness too. You shouldn’t feel obligated to us! i swear, the tiktok ads video is one of my favorite videos of Cory overall, because I remember when tiktok was blowing up cuz it was just coming out in 2018 and they were tryna like promote it by giving everyone ads, and I remember I was getting them too back then, and I was like "bro, what the freak are these ads?" So, the fact that Cory made a funny video reacting to the cringey ads while it was trending was awesome.

Imma give y'all the cold hard truth.... On SocialBlade this man still gets 1+ million views a day on his old videos. Based on ad revenue that translates into $2-3k per day. He can make very good money without making videos, so I'm sure that's what he's doing. To put it in perspective, that's $730,000 a year without even CLICKING at the upload button. And that's a conservative estimate. Basically what I'm saying is, Cory CAN afford to break his promises. Literally. He knows he's still getting views regardless if he uploads or not, so the urgency to make vids isn't there. I just hope he finds what really make him happy, cuz KZread clearly ain't it chief.

Yes. My daughter (first child) was born this year, and after many trials such as two funerals (my grandfather passing at age 73 and my cousin being murdered at age 19) and some other medical things in my household I can still truly say I am blessed beyond all measure with the beautiful smile of this baby girl. It’s been a tough year but overall still a year to thank God for. Also wanted to say that your message at the end of every video is an inspiration to me and reminds me where my priorities are, thank you my brother for being a strong person and for making me smile when the day seems not so good.

I don't leave these types of comments much but I thought I'd chime in with my own opinion because good lord, this is getting absurd. First, let me say I love Cory's channel. I've been subbed since 2015, and have watched pretty much everything he's uploaded since. That's the sad thing. There's so many people out there like me that love Cory, and all those people are let down because their favorite KZreadr doesn't upload for weeks at a time, sometimes months. And I've sat through all of his apology videos, his excuse videos, his explanation videos, everything. And it always ends up the same. It's ironic how this video is titled "My Channel Is Dead," and Cory explains why he thinks it's dead (because he takes these massive breaks), and then *proceeds to take another massive break, here we are 3 weeks later.* I know Cory has a life. I know he's human. We all need breaks. But for God's sake Cory, please just *tell* us when you're leaving. A tweet. A two second video with text saying "I'll be gone for a while." Anything. I wouldn't care if you left KZread for 5 years, just tell us when you're gonna be gone. Your channel is "dead" because you leave KZread without saying *anything* to your audience, and leave them in the dark for sometimes MONTHS at a time. People wouldn't mind these breaks so much if you would just inform people about them. Look at KZreadrs like Dashie, Markiplier, Jack, etc--they ALWAYS let people know if they're going to not be uploading. ALWAYS. I'm going to wrap up here. Please Cory, if you actually care about your channel and your fans, please make an effort to be consistent with your uploads, and if you can't be consistent for whatever reason (there's a lot of reasons, I know, life can be difficult for all of us), please just...update us. It doesn't have to be complicated at all. A tweet or a very short video. All people want is to know what's going on. To everyone reading this, have a good day.

2 YEARS GUYS!! 2 YEARSS. for anyone whos been with cory fory some time, anyone remember 2 years ago around this time (when he was playing resident evil 7) the cory you betta upload challenge? he'd upload every day for the month of janruary or he'd go to a mall in a chicken costume and yell "im a chicken!" until he was thrown out. he did that cuz his upload schedule as he said was trash. what am i getting at here? my bois been struggling for some time. and man time flies, yall if youve done nothing with your lives but watch youtube for the past years, it's time to go do something different! lol

Cory, I’m going to be completely honest... my 2018 was not good. My parents have been fighting so much about my dad lying to his own family about all of his after work “activities”. My little brother is beginning to get affected by all of this and has had the lowest self esteem and somewhat suicidal thoughts. He’s lost all touch to our parents and is now in a very unhealthy mindset. I had only recently gotten out of it, but this whole scenario -which had been incubating for YEARS now- has finally hit the fan and decided to mess me up. I’ve got no one Cory. Absolutely no one to tell or talk to about it. But you know what? You made this whole year better for me. Even tho you were gone for so long in the beginning of the year, your videos still kept me company through all sorts of bullcrapage. Every time I felt down, there you were to cheer me up with your baldi videos and Detroit becomes human. Cory you are unbelievably important to me because even in your absence there’s ALWAYS a light in the dark to bring me back to reality. Even tho you feel that you weren’t there for us when we have supported you all this time. You have given me the best of me. And I don’t know what I would’ve done if your videos weren’t there for me. Thank you so much Cory for every video you have uploaded this year. Gone or not, we will continue to support you until your next revival. Lots of love, my brotha ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

2018 was a reallyyyy lazy year tbh😕 I felt like I really didn’t accomplish anything. I wasn’t grinding for nothing this year. There was no goal I had for myself. I started to slack off in school because of my lazy ness. It’s not like i failed or anything but I didn’t do the best I can do. But, next year I’m trying to get better at what I’m focused on school , volleyball, and basketball. I’m trying to be the best I can be and make sure I do what God wanted me to do on this earth. I think 2018 went by with a breeze, no trouble with school, and I think it was a great year with some ups and downs like parents arguing, relatives not even talking to us, and some things going on with sibling in college, but anyway, then whole year of 2018 was a great yea4!!! I started watching at around yandre simulator and loved and still love your videos, you were one of my inspirations to make my own channel. Thank you for being a inspiration to me and many others! Keep up the great videos! And to answer your question, I guess I am satisfied with my 2018, I've learned a lot of lessons about life, and whats important in it. I've learned a lot about myself as a person and what I mean to other people. While most of the events that happend in my 2018 may have been negative, I survived them, and I learned and grew from them. Now I can walk into this next year more prepared, and for everybody that is having a hard time to 2018. It can get better, hold on to whatever hope you can find and tell yourself better days are around the corner. Life may suck right now but try to remind yourself that there are many more years left of it for you, you never know what great things could be in store. Thanks again for your videos Cory

Okay Cory. Though I did like the update to know you’re good (and I’m following your Twitter ASAP) So, here’s what I propose. 1) Bring back Cookin with Kenshin. And it doesn’t have to be weekly. But monthly at best could (hopefully) work for even the die-hard fans. 2) Certain games you should continue. 1. Finish Evil Within 2 2. Geometry Dash (But, just like Cookin w/ Chef Kenshin, make it at the very least, Monthly) 3. Gameplays w/ Dashie, and/or other friends. Though I suggest you can keep them up if they need extra editing 4. Spider-Man. (I’m telling you Cory, you HAVE to play it. I’ll even accept streaming) 5. May be whatever you choose but it can’t be more than 3 different games. 6. Off-Topic videos such as reactions to memes or Try Not to Laugh can be passed because we like watching you laugh and react to certain memes. But again, those have limits as well. And listen, any other update video or just Awareness Videos and even the videos for us, what we’re dealing with and what you think we should do, are deeply appreciated. But just by being here Cory, for your fans and subscribers, for everyone who cares and loves you, we want you to make us happy by just being you. So thank you, Cory. And I hope you see this. If you do leave KZread or something, please let us know so we may give you a proper farewell. And let’s make 2019 a good year, everyone. Thanks, and I love you all 💜
