My CARP GEAR upgrades 2022

Спорт

I'm far from a tackle tart. Ask anyone who knows me, I'm a bit of an animal when it comes to using and abusing my gear. I'm out on the bank a lot so if it doesn't pass the test of time it gets binned. I talk you through some of my main carp gear upgrades for 2022, including a new bedchair, reels (and how I spool them), bankware and plenty of other general items. It is best watched without headphones due to the 'rumble' on the mic from the windy weather.

It's strange to think how a lot of anglers wouldn't have entertained using Avid gear not too many years ago, Now look at how their brand is becoming more fashionable and recognised as top quality. A fantastic company that aren't messing around which I'm sure will be massive in the not too distant future.

The first item i ever got from AVID was the Benchmark X and Thermafast 5 sleeping bag, at first it seemed too bulky and heavy but i'd never swap it for anything else now it's ridiculously comfy!! Ever since then AVID have caught my eye on a number of items and now own the A-Spec 5 rod holdall, HQ Dual Layer 2 Man Bivvy (wouldn't swap this either), Camo Line, those scales and the one piece suit, been looking at getting the windproof fleece too. Going to be looking at getting into vlogging myself this year and they'll definitely be some AVID products in there! Some brilliant stuff in the range.

Like you said, there are things you like and you don't from each company but to have to use only one brand I'll go nuts!! Instead of throwing the bedchair I'm sure someone out there would appreciate that as a gift good clean and it's still got plenty of sessions left in it maybe you could offer a competition for someone to come and fish with you and any old gear you could give it away and I'm sure avid make enough money to throw a few new items in I use their bedchair and seat aswel as the thermal suit and so be great for one of the biggest brands to offer a chance to fish with yourself and maybe win a few bits and Bob's especially the young anglers great vid 👍👍👍
