Hi from a new wiver in Norway😊.Good Job. I have a similar polytunnel 2x3x2 m from vidaxl, but I have it on a wooden patio. I have also reinforced it with wooden poles in the corners screwed into the wodden patio with brackets, and ziptied the fame on to the poles. The plastic cover is screwed into the floor with wooden strips. It is now my 3th year using my polytunnel and it produseres lovely tomatos in pots on watering trays. This year I'm going to grow about 30 tomatoplants and cucumbers in the tunnel.🍅🥒can' t wait.😊

hah I've just been eyeing up this very same polytunnel along with the review photos of what it does in the wind 😄 Love all the reinforcements you've added, I think they'll make a meaningful difference. The hashed white lines across the cover are there to prevent any rips from spreading, so hopefully your tear won't spread like you expect

Thanks for watching 👀 we have had a few windy days since and it’s still there so think it’s working so far. I also have some ground hooks and straps which didn’t make it into the video. And thanks for the tip about the cover Iv also taped it so fingers crossed I have no further issue with the tear. 👍🏼

Fantastic support frame, wish I had done mine that good. I have done the stakes and the bottom boards, and I have used scaffolding boards to Sandwich the cover down, but yours is another level. So impressive, well done ❤

I hope it holds together for you Arron, if you have the time and materials, I would strongly recommend putting in a door, I’ve recently put up a 6x3 outsunny and the zippers are already going. These things are just not fit for purpose out of the box. New sub here to see how you get on. 👍

Thank you ☺️ I found some polytunnel repair tape in the shed and managed to patch up the damaged bit and reinforce the weak spots so I feel a lot better about it now. I’m really happy with how it looks and think it will be worth doing come summer when it’s full of tomato’s cucumbers and melons 😁

Always cover before beds, the weight of the soil can cause all sorts of issues. Hindsight is always a wonderful thing, also the tape goes on the tubes before the cover goes over, helps the fitting and easier to install. Happy growing in your tunnel buddy.
