While Bella Ciao, as others state is an old italian political song, it has been brought to "life" as a result of the Netflix Money Heist show, that Hopsin is a fan of. And is what the setting of the video, red jumpsuits, masks and bank are based upon. Money Heist is an amazing series!

Correction, it would also mean "beautiful hello" depending on context because they use ciao for both.
