Welcome to my Bridal Shower Prep Week! On June 11th 2023, my Mom, Maid of Honour & Bridesmaids threw me the best backyard bridal shower brunch! Come along as I prep for my petals and Prosecco themed bridal shower! I really wanted a mimosa bar and tons of bud vases full of fresh flowers, so to make it happen, in the week leading up to the big day, I did some DIY decoration thrifting, my dad helped in making a bridal shower welcome sign (that we also ended up using for our wedding), I transplanted a ton of succulents as party favours for guests to take home, and we all put in the effort to make our first DIY balloon garland. It rained the entire morning, but I guess that's why they call it a bridal shower! We were lucky the rain cleared up at just the right moment for us to set up and the party was a huge success.
