I had a ms361 for 18 years! It still runs but I just went out and bought this exact saw! Ms 362! Great saws! I love Stihl saws!

Bought MS362 in November 2023 and have ran five tanks of fuel through it. Light, quick, I’m diggin’ it!

Skvělá pila a navíc je vidět, že to s ní umíš.

Saving up for one now! My 261 is a great saw, but lacks the power for making quick work of the bigger stuff when felling trees.

Do you think it runs better with 40? Or is the Power enough for 45?

@Hans Musterspitz Hi Hans. Martin will probably comment later but in my experience with the saw, it is exceptionally strong with a 40cm, it runs really well with a 45cm and is a little underpowered with a 50cm, especially in hardwood. For me, 45cm gives a little more reach (I am tall) and is still powerful in any situation.
