@@arri111993 Okay…I’m a little confused about that response. I didn’t say it was realistic, I said it was recognisable. When talking about observational art, that’s a big difference. Besides, the competition wasn’t about how manga it looked either. Sometimes something can be less realistic than something else, but more beautiful. Sometimes something can be more recognisable, but less realistic. Either way, if you’re trying to make a portrait of someone, a large part of the quality (even when it’s not realistic) is that it’s recognisable. His is great. It’s also more realistic, and it’s great. If you have a different opinion, argue it with what makes hers better. I’d love to know. I personally just don’t see it that way.

HERE IS THE TRUTH AND THE WINNER. Her picture that she drew is phenomenal. The picture is bright, colorful and overall absolutely amazing. His picture that he drew was spot on, detail oriented, and life-like. His picture captured her beauty and detailed it. While her picture that she drew looks more anime, she had him looking like a Yugio character and less like himself. In conclusion, her picture was optically more enjoyable but his was more accurate, detailed and geared towards the challenge. The winner is THE BOYFRIEND.
