The fact that eric wasn't loyal to his brother, he could be a homewrecker. Caleb is a great boyfriend and he just had an outburst, people tend to say mean things that they don't really feel. If things hadn't ended there, he would've reassured her a hundred times if that's what she wanted. He supported her. And he was associated with business too, why did it never cross her mind to ask him to guide her? I think its clear that not every main character is the good person. You know when you've already thought of the other person's perspective. Emma has the audacity to call him the worst when he supported and cared for her all the time, like who wouldnt be mad if your partner obviously started liking your brother when you've done so much for them? And after she dumped him, she already got over her relationship and went with Eric?? Like, especially if it was a relationship you ended it in a bad way, wouldn't that still be hard to get over because you still enjoyed that relationship? She gaslights him when it was literally her fault. Emma is def a red flag. Edit: Why is like every msa vid nowadays a love story- especially this animation?? Might as well be 'My love story animated'. This animation though, 10/10 but storyline? I think it could do better. Like I've been watching this animation since the very first time it came cuz its too good, and I've been noticing that A LOT of the same storyline is being used over and over again including this video, or phrases like 'He has the body of a greek god!' (When main character sees love interest shirtless). This is just my honest opinion but Msa, you can do better.

Saaaame. This is their prettiest animation and you can tell that they always reserve it for their cheesiest, most repetitive love stories. It was nice at first but now the other animations are my favorite because they are 10x more interesting.

I don't think Caleb is wrong but I don't think he's right. He just outright insults Emma and accused her of something so horrible. Yes he has the right to be upset,because his gf fell for his brother, but he can't say that about her. And as for Emma (same) she's not right but not wrong either. Yes she did fall for Eric, but she put her feelings for him aside because Caleb was her bf. And denied her feeligns for Eric until she couldnt anymore. So ya'll stop hating on Emma.

Erik was a bigger jerk than Caleb, Caleb was only a jerk to Emma once he found out that she's been emotionally cheating on him with his brother (and let's be honest, almost everyone would've been a jerk in his place), while Erik was a jerk to her for no reason. I have no idea why she'd even fall in love with him. Also I can't believe that she didn't figure out earlier that they're brothers when they look like (and might even be ?) twins.

Emma got the perfect boyfriend (Caleb) that most of the girls want 😑 but as Caleb said she is classless and that's real like if she really wanted his brother she should have told Caleb honestly :⁠-⁠)

The moment Eric popped up, I knew this is gonna be the story of the gf cheating on her good boyfriend (she doesn't deserve) for the "initial" bad boy AGAIN. Funny enough, the first similar story that came in my mind was the Austin/Sam/Apollo triangle, and I screamed hard when it was revealed Eric and Caleb are brothers.. they basically copy-pasted it except the endgame characters are worse, and the good bf didn't get the closure he deserves. Bruh, it's almost an identical story, but everytime this trope gets rehashed, the characters become more red-flag especially the female characters... I always feel bad for the bfs in this trope, they deserve better and it makes sense to be mad when you realize you're partner is in love with some else (worse if it's with a relative lol). I mean, at least in the other story, Austin and Sam got closure and he had a redeeming moment as a character, so we wouldn't forget that he might be imperfect and gets mad sometimes, but he still loves his girlfriend and wants her to be happy above all else (I love Austin, gosh). I feel so sorry for Caleb in this because despite being similar to Austin and perhaps generally kinder to others, he got worse treatment. A cheater like Victor from "My best friend stole my boyfriend" is villainized (as he should be) for cheating on his girlfriend with her bff, but female characters who may not date the endgame guys, but still emotionally cheat are excused? The animations are improving, but I guess for the sake of balance, the better stories are on the other animations.
