My Biggest Open Cup Pour Yet! Going Bigger Series 24" x 30"

Here we have the 24" x 30" Canvas! I decided to go with the open cup but I wanted some negative space and I didn't want just white. So I added a subtle ribbon pour to the background. This was the best decision. I just loved the look of it. The tilting was a bit of a challenge and I spent quite a bit of time trying to get the composition right. I love the outcome! Now I just need to decide on the varnish to bring some of those colours back!

Wow it must be so hard to decide when to stop tilting, every stage was so amazing and beautiful. Love Love the final result especially in 3rd orientation. Amazing well done

I love how you created interest in the negative space with the ribbon pour. I thought you were going to lose it all. Tilting is an art unto its own. The result is stunning!

I've changed it slightly by reducing the Liquitex pm and topping it up with a bit of GAC 800. 😉
