I trained all year to see if I could Boston-qualify (BQ) at Chicago Marathon 2023. Filmed on a tiny Insta360 GO 2. Thank you Amy, Elizabeth, Emily and Matt for following me around the course. Griffin that is a great achievement, well done! I see you are wearing ear buds, are they Apple or another make, reason I ask, mine fall out when I jog! sad I know, so if you can let me know about yours, would be much appreciated. All the best from the UK.

Thank you so much! For years, I've run in the original form factor Apple AirPods (1st or 2nd Generation, not Pro). They stay nicely in *my* ears, though that may not be everyone's experience. You may need an over-the-ear-solution instead.
