My Best Assembly and Outfeed Table with Bonus Features

This video I’m going to show you how I built My Best Assembly and Outfeed Table with Bonus Features. I’ve gone way too long without having an assembly table, and outfeed table, or a workbench and those times are now gone. It has been a complete pain in the shop not having an assembly and outfeed table. What a productivity killer. This thing is awesome and I only had to buy a single 4 x 4 sheet of plywood. Everything else was from my scrap. Other than the Base Camp mask, everything else in the video was bought with my own money and I really like it all. Now I have clamp storage at hand, under table storage at hand, and I can move the assembly table to become and outfeed table as easy as pie. I can not tell you how much I love this thing. My Best Assembly and Outfeed Table with Bonus Features is 48 inches wide and 66 inches long. Do you know why that is the best size for me? It’s because that was my largest scrap sheet of ¾ inch plywood. Oh, let me tell you about how sturdy My Best Assembly and Outfeed Table with Bonus Features is. When the castors are raised making the table sit on the ground, it simply doesn’t move. Can you tell how excited I am about this?
Thank you to Base Camp for letting me try out their new masks. Give them a look:

@@BronkBuilt yeah, I need something like that but I can't fit another thing in my garage. I have that Harbor Freight workbench with the dog holes tucked away in the corner. At some point I'd like to move it toward the front of the garage.

This bench was the new beginning in my shop. For Christmas my wife got me a couple smaller mechanic tool chests on wheels and my son's gave me "no lip" help in the garage for clean up and organization. Took a few weeks and certainly not done but it is day and night in there now. I used to feel overwhelmed and now it is so nice. I went ahead and decided my truck will no longer be in the garage so I could make a larger bench. I'm also very committed in keeping my wife's side clear so her car can sleep in that stall every night. No big deal backing it out when I go into build mode.

Hey Dale! Wow, that looked like a lot of work, but well worth it. I just have a workbench that I use as an assembly table due to being in a small space. Looks like it helped you get organized too at the end of the video with nothing else around. I'll be glad when we can get together in person again and talk about shop stuff. Let me know if you want to visit and hang out sometime. Hope y'all are doing well!

I would love that Steve. This table looked like more work than it was. This is about the 3rd project where I took the time and printed out an order of operations for my cuts and assembly and man does it make a difference. Yes, may garage shop is MUCH more organized now. For Christmas, my wife got me a two smaller mechanics chests on wheels when they went on sale during Black Friday. Then my kids gave me the Christmas present of free labor, do what I say in the garage. Stupid me I didn't take any before shots and didn't video any of the clean up as I wanted to get it done. You know more than anyone that putting it all on camera adds a bunch of time and this cleanup/organiation just needed to get done.

An intervention for woodworkers. 😲 Safety PPE includes a hard hat. 😖 The correct term is "Easy-Peezie-Japenize. (Shawshank Redemption). 😉 That fourth finger reason must have been a casualty of a saw blade? 😞 Another excellent video.

Sorry, I don't really have plans. I had a very rough set of cut lists but I really built it as I went. While I had rough measurements typed out, before making cuts I took actual measurements from what I had already cut and built. I can try and find that rough cut list as I probably have it somewhere if you want to DM me I'll send them to you.
