As a 19 year old in college I can’t really afford any luxury bags but when I get my associates next may I plan on buying an LV Speedy. I've always wanted a Versace bag with a medusa head so I bought a medusa satchel for my birthday. Also from the real real. My other first was a vintage Louis Vuitton speedy 30. I never in a million years imagined that I would be able to buy a Louis Vuitton purse. And that bag started my obsession.

Your vintage Chanel are some of the coolest, prettiest Chanels I've seen (not a fan of their classic ones)! So unique!

I haven't bought a purse that I wanted just for me. But my Calpak carryon was definitely a milestone. Now that I'm done with school and able to travel for the sake of the adventure. I'm definitely proud of my suitcase and happy that it encouraged me to travel more 😊

not really a purse, but the MCM Honshu Tantris backpack was my first "big girl" bag purchase. it was a bag that i had been in love with for a good three years or so, but would never actually consider buying because it cost, like, $2000 or so (the price for it varied at times), but i found one preloved on eBay (from a reputable Japanese seller and in pristine condition) for a really good price, so i pulled the trigger and bought it. i hope you and your babies are doing well!

I have never considered Gucci as a brand bc of of the association with being "old" and "pretentious" but the pieces you showed in your collection look absolutely beautiful and classy! Inspiring me to check out their selection, especially the Metalasse bag! Love you Jen!

Sadly I’m so precious about it it only sees daylight once every year or two :-p Agreed that now that I’ve got a little one I’m way more into small bags - I just don’t want to carry more than I’m already carrying with the diaper bag! I’ve been so into Mulberry satchels - the leather is so sturdy and the bags still look beautiful after a beating and my daughter using them as a chew toy...

My first luxury bag purchase was a Prada camera bag in gold. I saw a picture of one from a past season, and it was something you couldn't get anymore. I kept thinking about it for about a year or even 2, and wish I'd known about the color when it came out. I was online shopping and it popped up in all its beautiful metallic glory, and I knew I had to have it. Unfortunately, not 3 months later, the zipper pull just falls right off! I still have the bag and intend to have Prada fix it, but I was so disappointed I haven't purchased from then since.

My big girl purchase would be the Givenchy Pandora Pepe mini messenger bag. I was considering for months before buying it!! and one day i just decided to walk into the store and I got it 😊 !!
