As father I would love to have Dr. Saab. He has that warmth ,love and father who would be a friend with his loveable laugh. My father passed away two years ago.( ALLAH grant the first n the last of us forgiveness and shortcomings and Jannat AL Firdous. Aameen ya Rabbul Alameen).

That is a wonderful dinner invite, very warm and traditional hospitality. This brings back memories of my time in the Emirates, the wind towers, food and culture. I love the archetecture of the old wind tower houses in Dubai and old Sharjah whose origins are from southern Iran. The whole Gulf region is historicaly very dynamic, the dhows connected these regions with far of lands, from India, Africa to China, which is wonderful for humanity. The different dishes on the table are a reflection of how nice it is to bring different cultures together for the good of humanity. Your host Dr Saheb is a wonderful man, a very warm and welcoming man with good humour. Our salams to you all. Jazakallah khair.
