Hey Lexi. Wow, you've really made the apt a nice home. That couch & chair looks so cushiony. Like you'd sit on it and never want to get up. Lol. That balcony & wrap around porch is incredible! just wanted to say I enjoy your youtube videos as a former RAAF air defense guard and army infantry soldier yes I saw the light and joined the RAAF after 6 yrs in the Australian army I can relate to much of what u discuss thank you

Nice and great views indeed. Quick question...still have my ALS Distinguished Grad award above my desk but when I was in, we went to ALS as E-4's (SrA before becoming Sgt). How has that changed because I thought you were a SSgt? One more ?, is your apt near the Kadena Marina?

J Guardiano i should be a SSgt but since i never went to ALS i couldn’t put on. However, once i graduate the day after i put on SSgt and get back pay from March!

You receive OHA (Overseas Housing Allowance) when stationed abroad. It was 1600 flat rate in Okinawa for e4/e5, you don't get to keep what's leftover though. So if your rent is 1200, the 400 does not go into your bank account. All the landlords know this and set the rent to exactly what the OHA covers. The utility allowance and COLA are very nice though!

Do you ever get snakes or scorpions or roaches inside your apartment there I have no idea how bad bugs are in Japan

What grade are you in the Air Force?

Futher military has to understand that wars happen and there is a life long price if neccesary
