i had psoriasis and was suffering alot, i tried cocois ointment, its amazing completely cleared my skin! best thing it is steroid free so please try that out it did wonders for me

I use baby lotion only because it smells nice and I also use other medications because I have eczema😁✌🏻

I've had the same issue with skin on my legs during my worst 2 years

I am a surgeon and just to share my experience I usually uses insulin needles to inject local anesthesia in the first web side and it would work perfect thanks for the nice work

I have anxiety and panic attacks and flashbacks PTSD because of my past and I have two panic attacks everyday at school and one at home ones a day

So, psoriasis isn’t a skin condition per se, it’s an autoimmune condition that affects the skin and joints and can impact a patients health related quality of life. So you could change the title to say ‘autoimmune condition’ instead of skin

Mariam Therese I have chronic plaque psoriasis and I also have a Bachelor’s and an MSc. “Many people think of psoriasis as just a skin condition, because that’s where you see and feel the symptoms. Take a closer look, and you’ll see psoriasis is a chronic disease believed to be the result of several factors, including an overactive immune system”. As health professionals, one should take a holistic approach when understanding psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for example.

Ive had two ingrown toe nails in the space of a month. I can feel that numbing infection 😳😳 it’s the worst part then it’s over with. I watched it haha I’m gross 😂😂

My daughter hates needles so the doctor had it cut out without anesthetic in a few seconds! He said it would only prolong the agony if he injected her 😃. He was right ... he did a great job.

I had to have my whole toenail removed and had to have four injections,so painful.

vaping causes less health issues than smoking cigarettes,, because vapes don’t contain hundreds of carcinogens. it’s a good start to quitting smoking completely.

You can lower the strength of the nicotine on the vape. If you lower and lower it then eventually you won’t need it.

@@avakirk6895 its really not. obviously its not safe, and I would NEVER recommend it unless you are using it to quit smoking. Cigarettes are more dangerous.

I highly value these videos, but, you know, we really are in dream-land if the standard GP can give you more than ten minutes in the surgery. They do, if they can, but it's constantly on their mind about the other patients waiting. That in-grown toenail part would never, as far as I'm aware, be part of any normal practice in a surgery. Of course, let's bear in mind that this series was filmed pre-pandemic, and how surgeries maintain and manage patients' concerns are now very different.

It’s normal practice for them to do ingrown toe nails here, I had both my big toes done when I was about 15. I don’t believe most do though, but this one is quite a large GP surgery and I’m lucky to come here.

They give you 10 minutes for normal consultations. But they also schedule longer procedures on certain days. (I lived in the UK 14 years and had a minor surgical procedureright in the GP office. Only a few of the doctors did it and only certain days)
