Why do people spend 8 minutes describing the spitting test, when everyone knows about it. They should start with the results.

Totally agree
The grayed regions that say "no connection" are not what shows in your DNA, the regions would be in color if they were.
The Vikings invaded the UK, so many that are Irish/Scottish/Welsh/British will have a small percentage of Scandinavian.
Cool results and the video:) great seeing your face again!💕 hope you have a great day!😊💕✝️
I love how happy you are about your DNA. I was just as excited about mine!
Watching you spit made my mouth water like I had to spit too haha! That's so awesome that you're half German! And 1% Armenian? So cool! I love how thorough they are and how informative you made this video with all the edits! Also I think that's so cute that you have family reaching out to you! 💖 Love this video Terah! I absolutely enjoyed your excitement! 🤗😘
Very cool video, girl. I'm sorry for my absence but work and life have been insane! I did this ancestry test with 23 and Me and hadn't thought about sharing it online, but maybe I should. I was surprised as well, even knowing my background! Very interesting video, girl. Well done! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
This video is so exciting! I'm glad you found out your DNA results. 👍🏽😃😎🙂Thanks for sharing and have a fantastic and blessed day. 🏡💗🎵✨

AndrésSpain What are you talking about?? what has her surname got to do with it?? Did I even mention anything about her in general? portugal is only 12% iberian?? again, whats that even got to with my initial comment? You using the size of the country to throw out responses on how much Iberian you can be?... Please!! maybe you should go around Spain and see Portuguese crests marked on the ground on spanish soil. Then you can come back and tell me the correct %. .

Vera Da Luz Do you think that the Lusitanians of the south are relevant to the Iberians and Basques cultures? lol, you are very inculte. Do you think that the Spanish border with France remember Portugal?. Not if you are Portuguese or Brazilian, but you should know that Spanish surnames have nothing to do with the Portuguese. Remember that Portugal was Hispania in latín = Spain for 1200 years, and was Spanish for 84 years, in which case the Spaniards invaded Portugal, and if I know all of Spain to know that a Spanish surname, has nothing to do with Portuguese who speak a stagnant Gaelic medieval language that It has not evolved in 1000 years. You are too small for your arrogance of laughter, bow down to your King Philip II, you are too small to send anyone from Iberia to visit my country, little Portuguese impersonator of the Galicians.

I do recognise a troll when I see one so I know in your fucked up illusional concept of reality you'll "always be right". Throw five different topics together and it'll sound smart. 😂 😂

It is agood percentage Ms Thomas, but you also have to remember, DNA can skip generations, that's why your brother or sister can have completely different reading even with the same parents. But still it's big, but it shouldn't be a shock to have a big amount of you as European as a Black American. We are mixed and I'm saying this as a white Scot. I wouldn't be surprised to have some African blood or dna in me, man, if we go back far enough we are all from Africa. The world is a smaller place than people think and we are all closer related than we all think. Not to sound cheezy, but what is race anyway?

My DNA results came out as: Europe South: 44% Ireland/Scotland/Wales: 28% Great Britain: 10% Iberian Peninsula: 7% Low confidence regions: Caucasus: 4% European Jewish: 3% Europe East: 2% Native American:
If it says ‘no connection’ under those regions, it means you have no connection to that place. Which it says under the countries / regions you clicked on.
Lovee seeing your enthusiasm about your German blood❤❤
So refreshing to see someone else spell Tera with an E. I subbed name twin!!!
With a total of 33% British & Irish the 1% Scandinavian may well come from here via the Viking raiders - parts of Scotland (islands to the east) are majority Scandinavian DNA and there are traces in eastern Scotland & England too.
You look soo beautiful & I love your hair color/cut btw that’s a cool DNA kit!😊❤️✌🏼💐🌈💝💕💐✌🏼

What about the Africa 9 regions? Are ashamed or scared to be part black?
I wanna do a dna test, and I swear if I’m not at least 40% German I’m gonna cry😂😂
Why does Ancestry count only England as "Great Britain" and then has another group for Scottish/Irish/Welsh??? Surely they should just count it as all British Isles? Or do each country seperately.

Probably the difference between Anglo-Saxon (Germanic) and Celtic (Ireland, Scotland, Wales) DNA.
I just got my results back and I’m 55% Europe West 27% Great Britian and 13% Ireland/Scotland/Wales. Makes me wonder if we are related. Our results are very similiar.

why didnt she talk about the african regions?
@joandsarah77
5 жыл бұрын
Because she doesn't have any. This test shows all the regions the company test for, not just what you actually have, so they test for 9 African regions. It also shows 4 Asian regions. She didn't read them as she has nothing in them to read. She is 100% European. Unless people want her to read all of her zero's. In fact some of the ones she did read said 'no connection' so she was wrong there.

@@joandsarah77 well, i mean.. she mentioned a TON of places she clearly did not have a connection to. She actually said that she had different things it clearly stated that she did not have.
Not supposed to count the areas that say no connection under them. The list of regions is just a list of regions that were searched statistically, nothing more. The places that count are the ones where percentages are provided.
You have 9 African Regions, which is Really Really COOL, LOL ... Or is it? We would love to see what regions too.

If you like the idea of castles in England - I highly recommend HEVER CASTLE in Kent, it's a small castle, and was Anne Boleyn's home and where she was courted by Henry VIII. There is a cool maze in the grounds and we loved it as kids! Check the opening dates, as I think it's closed over the winter.
I love your blond look, it fits you very well 😀

Denise Dixon In the United States, we are all mutts. My mother is Jewish, Cajun and Irish and my father is Syrian (Arab) and Kazakh (Asian). I married a German man. Our son married a woman from Mexico and they have a son who is half black and half Mexican (my son adopted him). They have a daughter that is genetically theirs (natural born). A family like us is actually quite common in America.

Everyone is a mutt in Europe and I'm Scottish and from a clan. We are all mixed due to various wars and invasions. No such thing as a pure breed. 'White people' are from 4 tribes who bred together. 2 from what is now Turkey and one from mainland Europe and one from the Steppe. That's not even including all the various wars outwith that. We also know this due to modern DNA research.

Einstein is Jewish (Ashkenazi, German) by the way not an actual German.
@Ju-lj5ff
6 жыл бұрын
Hegen Verklagen German is a nationality, Ashkenzi is an ethnicity. There are a lot of different historical ethnicities in Germany including Ashkenazi which were/are a European ethnicity mainly in central/eastern Europe. I'm pretty sure it's ok to say he was German and Ashkenazi. It's exactly the same as being celt and French, one people settled in different countries.
@scrodge_reaper
6 жыл бұрын
If it's just a nationality how does it show up in your DNA then? He's not German he's Ashkenazi.
@scrodge_reaper
6 жыл бұрын
Just because he was born in Germany doesn't make him of German blood. They're just Jews who migrated to Europe. They're believed to come out of Turkey originally and just went to Central and Eastern Europe..mostly Poland. Does that make an Ashkenazi a Pole? No.
@Ju-lj5ff
6 жыл бұрын
Hegen Verklagen The test is based on ethnic studies, it simplifies the DNA found in historically Germanic peoples and just tells you "German" and not the real name of the people you are from. That's why, in other tests, German is coupled with France, Belgium and Switzerland. They are the same people moving during centuries. The geographical borders of our countries aren't written in our DNA. This test doesn't care about all the European peoples, it simplifies for a basic understanding of you DNA and just tells the countries. However if you want to know in depth it is possible (you just have to put your raw data on other sites). The only European people that these kind of tests really separate from others is the Ashkenazi. So yes you can be German and Ashkenazi as you can be American and Ashkenazi. A nationality isn't your ethnic background.
@scrodge_reaper
6 жыл бұрын
That's not my point. He's Ashkenazi born in Germany. Doesn't mean anything and a false example of Germanic people.
