Je me suis dit que c'était une bonne idée de vous montrer à quoi ressemble les maisons américaines.
Pour information, j'ai filmé cette vidéo le lundi et le mercredi de la même semaine donc ça vous tient au courant du changement de climat en Pennsylvanie! Pour l'instant, il y a une tempête de neige ce qui fait qu'on va bientôt atteindre " one foot" de neige ce qui signifie plus ou moins 30 cm.

My dream is to get a good paying job and save The money until i have afford to move to a Nice surburban area in USA i want a house like that, i want to have a good job there and hopefully start a family. Im currently 17 and im going a med school in sweden. Hopefully i Will find a job after i graduate.

How do you heat up your house in winter? I see only a fireplace, but alone it is not enough. There is two chimney on the roof, so I suppose there is another heating device.

Most houses in the US have central heating and air conditioning. If you look closely you can see the vents on the floor throughout the house. Thats how the home is heated. Hope that helps!

A Furnace heats the entire house. There are heat vents in each room. The fireplace is not really used for heating.

In my Texas suburb they range between 250-600 thousand dollars depending on size and location within the neighborhood. Smaller houses are in the back the larger houses are to the sides, medium sized houses are in the middle

Annie Style Texas’ property tax is determined by the local government in Tx so it depends on where you live and the value of your house. Our money goes into the city and school district unfortunately so people in nicer neighborhoods pay more than someone in a more urban setting. This causes a lot of problems when schools in nicer parts of my city get more money than schools in a “poor” area.
