Omg i had a similar birth. I was 41 weeks, had an appointment at 10.30am was out of the appointment by 12.30pm (it was a Friday), they booked to induce me the following Monday, but said i was at 3cm. Walked around the shops to get dinner, came home had small a little pain full random contractions, hospital told me to get in the shower (im pretty sure my waters broke but wasn't 100% certain) i got out and needed to poop but couldn't lol. Hospital told me to come back if i wanted to so half hour later i went back up, walking up the ramp to the back entry and had to stop half way and breathe, got up their and they addmitted me to the hospital, tried putting some needle in my hand. I still had my pants on and they still didn't check me, everyone walked out except my mother and im telling her something is wrong, call them something isn't right. She was telling me to settle down. I was telling her i needed to poop then im like no i need to push. They called the nurses back in and she checked me and she's like your at a 10 already, no drugs but she arrived seconds later, my mother almost had to deliver her.....My daughter was born healthy 15 minutes after i arrived at hospital...

Can we all just take a moment and pray that my labor and delivery is like this!!! LOL I am hoping it happens fast and with little pain. I don't want a long drawn out labor because I want to go unmedicated. thanks for being so detailed in your story and congrats!!

You're not weird at all I had back labor and no medicine epidural Nothing had my son within 5 hours he was 7 lbs 3oz 21inches first child too it wasn't bad at all a true blessing. ☺️

Best labor and delivery story ever!! I'm 32 weeks and freaking out about having my little guy. I've already started having contractions and found out I'm dilated to a 1 already, I can't believe your water broke with you being 2cm!! My wife’s water broke at 8:30 am on 3/10/18, we had to drive 2hours to the hospital when we arrived she was 3cm dialated, I told the staff around 5pm that I knew when the boys would be born, they said somewhat sarcastically “oh yeah?...” I told them that I was a Christian and that morning when my wife’s water broke the lord spoke to me the verse John 10:10, so I told them that the boys would be born at 10:10 that evening, it’s now 9:30, and my wife is at 7.1/2 cm dilated so, by this point I knew they were lining up with the prophetic word, Liam was born first that night weighing 5.1 @10:05 & Owen was born at 10:10, after the babies were settled with momma I walked down the hall and spoke to a nurse who said his name was Owen and that it’s a derivation of John in welsh. My water broke first. I didn't feel my contractions until I was a few hours away from having my baby boy. I wasn't dilated at all, then I was finally about 3cm after a good 18 hours of being in labor, then within not even an hour I was fully dilated & he was coming. The nurses were in shock because they thought baby boy wasn't coming any time soon. Most amazing experience & I say BRING IT ON for my next pregnancies. 💕

My first Labour was exact same as yours with spontaneous rupture. 1hr 10 in total. Second was 45 mins, third I woke in the night pushing, didn't have o n3 contraction pain at all. So be prepared for the next one to be faster!

Very inspiring! I am pregnant with my first child and I really want to be patient and let everything happen naturally for me when it comes time for labor. No medications or epidural! Here I am watching this video and thinking no one here has the same reason I have for waiting on a baby, thank God I came across this comment, people tend to play down financial stability but it is so important. Thank you for being real about the not so glamorous parts of bringing a child into this world.

This was EXACTLY my experience - as far as how the labor felt - I had planned not to have pain meds (and I didn't have any) BUT I had to be induced due to a medical condition - so I didn't go into labor naturally & I had to be induced over 2 whole days! Haha BUT I want in pain that whole time & then once the doctor broke my water the baby came in 4 hours and the way you say how the contractions felt just like bad cramps, the back pain - pressure on your back taking away the pain and knowing to push felt! Haha! So amazing that our experience was so similar! :) I remember watching this before I had her hoping I would experience the same & I did!!!

We had a very similar labor and delivery. Well your labor was easier. Who can beat only 2 hours of contractions!? Lol great job! 😀

My third babe was 10 lb. 22 inch and all natural, bc I too progressed very quickly like you and didn't arrive at the hospital until 9 cm. But HOLY MOLY I thought I was going to die! 😆 I survived lol! Lauren Ciampi I feel you and you were amazing being able to deliver natural but for me my first baby was 10Ib 02 ounces and I was in labor for 22hrs. my birth plan was to deliver natural but 18hrs in labor I couldn't take it anymore so I got the epidural.

I’ve had a miscarriage and my contractions felt exactly how you describe! I had no idea they were contractions and I thought they were just like cramps. I’m weeks away from giving birth with my rainbow baby and your video just gave me hope that maybe if contractions stay the same I will be 100% okay. This is the logic I’m going with lol!
