@@asiaalyssaofficial omg yes you should! it’s a really big outlet sometimes i journal for 15 mins, other times i noticed i journal for an hour - it really helps me with my emotional intelligence, my through process the way i view things .. journaling is different for everyone but a really big help fa sho’ 😭🤍
