How about a video about a productive nighttime routine? My full-time job starts at 7:30 a.m. and I am home again at 6 p.m. Do you have any tips to stay productive even after your full-time job?

Hey, miles, it seems like we are on a similar path. I'm trying to replace my 9to5 with entrepreneurship, and mornings are important if you want to have other goals outside your 9 to 5. Mornings are our time to work on our sidehustles ! Love your videos

Don´t drink salt water - use unsweetened cocoa, lemon or just honey and drink it hot.

I see youtubers like Rian Doris who say to start working as soon as you wake up(Within 90 seconds) to quickly and easier access flow state and after work combine with active recovery things.

Flow state is what happens when you are highly skilled in something like tennis or guitar. You go into the zone when you play Aka as a flow state. Working on a computer in the morning does not result in a flow state. Rian Doris is wrong. You're basically staying focused on a task for longer than 15 minutes which then gives you momentum due to not context switching every 2 minutes.

@@DarkSitari It seems there might be some confusion here. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is the psychologist who coined the term "flow state," not Rian Doris. Csikszentmihalyi describes flow as a state of complete absorption and focused attention in an activity, where one loses track of time and becomes fully immersed in the task at hand. While it's true that flow states are often associated with activities that require a high level of skill and challenge, such as playing tennis or guitar, they can also occur during tasks that require cognitive engagement, such as working on a computer. Numerous studies have investigated flow states in various contexts, including computer-based tasks. For example: A study published in the journal "Frontiers in Psychology" in 2017 examined flow experiences during computer-mediated tasks. The researchers found that flow states were commonly reported during activities such as programming, gaming, and creative writing, indicating that flow can indeed occur during computer-based tasks. Another study published in the "Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied" in 2003 investigated flow experiences in software development. The researchers found that developers often reported experiencing flow while working on complex programming tasks, suggesting that flow can occur in the context of computer work. These studies provide evidence that flow states can occur during computer-based tasks, contrary to the assertion that working on a computer in the morning does not result in a flow state. Flow is not limited to specific activities but can occur in any task that provides the right balance of challenge and skill to engage the individual's full attention and concentration.

I do 2 KZread channels, have a small business and have a full time job and it was hard to follow these routines when they were long and they didn’t have a job. It was stressful, and tiring and made me feel not successful when their job is what they’re doing. So thank you sm 🥹💖
