Same here but the thing is I watch other people have productive morning routines while me over here going to sleep around 5am on week days (because my dad goes to work those days) and wakes up around 12pm-5pm ;-; one time I actually woke up around 5 but I usually get up around 12pm something :[

Good tip for that is to check and answer messages and updates after u have at least got out of bed (i usually drink water first ad bible stud first) give yourself 10 to 15 minutes ONLY then MUTE and leave it away from you. If im working upstairs i leave it downstairs or just in another room. Then at BREAK times check on our phone and answer messages. And if you need your phone i recommend silencing it and only using the apps u need but i try to avoid using it at all costs. And in the morning before checking on your phone do a to do list even with simple things at tick them off, once you see how productive its made you, you can keep doing it

tip for the kiwi: use a spoon! cut a small slit in the kiwi without cutting it in half, slide the spoon between the skin and the actual kiwi thing and separate them using the spoon. Or cut the kiwi in half then use the spoon again as if you're scooping it out

Yoga with that view...all day everyday 💯✌🏼 I do yoga or Pilates middle of my classes really does help when you are sat on a chair for a while and it’s just a refreshing break. I start 2nd year of dental school on `Tuesday, wasn’t this has got me that bit more excited 😁🇬🇧🦷
