Thanks for your kind words. Its cool that there are people out there in videoland who likes the system as well. Unfortunatly its more common (and popular) to bashing the 32x, butt as i sad, it had his potencial. Maybe with a earlier realese, maybe with more good games and without the inhouse competeter (saturn) it would be an other tale to tell nowadays. Have a great week LVG

@@lazyvideogamer1422 I have Knuckles Chaotix, Virtua Fighter, Star Wars Arcade, Space Harrier, Mortal Kombat 2, Metal Head, After Burner and Doom. The game i have played the most is Virtua Fighter. I haven't played my 32x as much as i would like to because I have tons of other games in my backlog.

The 32X is always seen as stop gap release to the Saturn. Pity the games developers never really supported it.

Hello Mark. Nice too read from you again. Back in the day the competition was "strong". The 3do, ataris jaguar, big n and sonys announcements... Sega on the other side who where known as the company with the best techniques (mostly in the arcade)(and the nes vs. Mega drive battle) knowed that the next gen cd based system would need much more time. They panict and decided to expand the mega drives life with the add on. The idea was, that the userbase of the MD was big and a add on would be lower in saleprice and so more atractiv than other consoles like 3do or jaguar. The problem was, it should be as soon as possible released. To not gett into the way of the saturn and keep the market interessted in sega. (I personaly like the idea of cd based 32x enhanced games, or all 3components working together). Butt many people waited for the saturn. When it comes to the support from 3thparties, acclaim was the only bigger player (nfl, mk2, wwf raw and wrestlemania, nba jam te). All other waited for saturn and the playstation. Funny, the "gap" view is very widely spreaded butt did you know that the 32x was later realesed in japan than the saturn?😉 Have a fantasic week LVG

Sadly, i had a chat lately with "mr. Good deal games" michael thomasson. There sega cd dev kitt broke down a couple of years ago and so my dream of a new sega cd game or 32xcd game is almost over. Maybe, some day, from a magical and homebreewing country named brazil, something is comming. Butt chances are almost zero

@@lazyvideogamer1422 I never really got into consoles due to the prices of games. I went XZ81, Spectrum. C64, Atari ST, Amiga then PC. I think I did that just because I could copy games that way. Nowadays, I am into emulation. I got one of those cheap TV box ones from China and have 20k plus ROMs. I love the Afterburner Arcade rom. The 32X version was very good though.

Thats funny. By me its the complete other direction. My brother had an amiga2000, butt i didnt liked the loading times, so i was going to consoles. Easy to use, just plug and play.... I had back in the day a copysystem for the snes. Butt with the arrival of the mega cd my heart was on fire for sega. Nowadays im enjoying both worlds. Consoles and emulation. (Downloading for consoles is most time emulation) also im using for my a1up consoles and emulation consoles like the super console x. Im watching newer versions butt im fine with the first super console x pro. I upraded it twice, from 30k to50k, then to over 100k roms. What i like about these systems is that there where games on it that never gott to a console like cadillacs and dinosaurs and numerous other titles that i played back in the day in the arcades. Also i bought myself a mini pc who runs batocera (runs model 3, saturn, 3do and more nicely) to hook it up to my a1up. Unfortunatly the sound is fading away after a while. Butt on the tv it runs perfect. In my opinion is the wimmering from company about emulation a little bitt cheap, cause if they whould released the games back in the day many people would bought it. As i sad it, its nice to have the original hardware butt im also fine with emulation

@@lazyvideogamer1422 After waiting 15mins for a flight sim to load in a ZX81 the have it crash due to ram pack wobble., a miniute for a floppy to load was short 😆
