Either way, as a collector/investor in yugioh and pokemon myself, I feel like it doesn’t much matter whether you made money because I know the collector in you loves those ulti’s, either way when you shuffle through those cards you’re like damn these are sick. Usually the way I do it is I just buy stuff when it’s super cheap and if it goes up it goes up, if it doesn’t then I don’t have a lot invested in it so it’s not a loss.

I stopped playing yugioh in 2014. But I occasionally hop on and look at the prices of cards. Its wild what the cp cards use to go for back then. Now they are easily double what they use to be.

Hey TeamSam. I used to have Ultimate rare flame wingman from my childhood,mod play around there. Before i started understanding the financials of the YGO game and prices like i do now, I had gotten scammed by the older players. This was around 9 or so years ago He convinced me to let it go for relatively nothing,since it was damaged. I still miss it and i had no idea it was ultimare rare until just now. I remember his yellow background the way the lines moved. So beautiful. Thank you for showing us P.s. maybe higher audio quality or something..sounds kind quiet

I got scammed by trading The Masked Beast from LON for a generic Japanese card (forgot the name but Yugi used it in the show). The guy told me the card had a very good effect and it’s a good card… blah blah blah.

Only cards I ever "Invested" in was the SDK blue eyes, just 3x unlimited because I wanted them for my deck. Got them for around 30aud and now the cheapest on ebay australia is triple that per copy. No plan to sell, I'd rather play them but I am glad I picked them up when I did.

@@maxd3str0y3r Not everyone should / wants to get their cards graded. 1. You can’t put it in your deck. 2. If you sell them the other person has to break it if they want to put it in their binder or deck. 3. Grading companies might not even grade it in what you expected it to get graded. Having it raw in your binder looks way better in my opinion. An ulti mint card is still going to have it’s value the same long term.

If he wanted to get them graded why didn’t he not mention it? Not everyone likes grading their cards. Not even strictly sealed on KZread grades all his cards. He even came out with binders to put them in. You can’t even sell them on TCGplayer when it’s graded.

Your deck boxes are nice dude but that plastering of your logo ( btw it's too big) every chance you got in the box is just too much bro. That's really the only reason I still don't get one. Should look into just putting a small logo on the box that still shows your designed it but not trying to force it down the throat that you designed it you know.

Where the hell is Sam getting his prices? You must be digging real deep to find these cause from what I can see (for example) the quarter century secret rare I:P is $200. The secret rare is possibly $1400.
