I hope you got planning permission for that, I'd hate to think the council will ask you to tear it down as it is (basically) a business address, where you have activities for generating revenue for your music business. I often hear about people being asked to remove and tear down buildings because they did not obtain planning permission, and it's always sad to see.

RKC, Your father made a grand job of your studio, lots of room for a drum kit and a drummer, and a bass player. Form a three piece band, rehearse and tour the World, starting off touring here in Scotland. Les.

Hi Rachel, I wanna just give you a little advice for the planned 500er rack units. The powersupply is super important so you better get a better 500er rack than the Midas is because some 500er units are really power hungry. Buy a Wes Audio or Rupert Neve instead. I know they are expensive but you will not regret it to invest in a really good powersupply because that powersupply also plays a crucial role in terms of sound quality.

What a superb space, RKC!! Really suits you. An inspiration to the rest of us! Good on PopsKC for the fabulous infrastructure too. I particularly loved the time-lapse of you working into the night - really effective, and a further reminder of the long hard work you have put into this most excellent channel. Fantastic setup. Great to see a successful musician and sonic artist expand and move into a new space. It offers new setups and implementations you may not have considered in older studio spaces. I would love to see a detailed break down of your live setup.
