I have experienced acne for a year. I began getting better by doing little things like using fresh towel and changing my pillowcase often. I use a mild face wash from litttlextrra riiceberry which is pH balanced. Consistency has worked significantly. Now, I have an easy 3-step routine that I use every day, and I'm slowly healing. Allow me to share with you , I wanted a face wash that does not dry out my skin but at the same time washes off dirt from my face... Guess what, this riceberry facewash is it.... It clears out my dirt and does not dry out.... Except, it does not create much foam while washing.

Ako po currently may malalaking dark spots, hindi ko po alam pero 5 days lang po ako sa Baguio noong nakaraan at pag-uwi ko po may mga tumubo nang pimples sa mukha ko at malalaki po ang dark spots ngayon, kaya nagse-search po ako ng skin care routine at products na makatutulong para mawala ang mga 'to. Balak ko nga po next week na mag-face mask na lang muna dahil nahihiya po talaga ako dahil sa mga dark spots ko ngayon.😥

Sino dito ang hindi hiyang sa niacinamide? Marami na akong products na na-try, 1st ung sa TO grabe breakouts ko doon. Then next yong Korean prod. di ko matandaan name nya pero ganoon pa rin. Then i tried the local product yong soul apothecary ganoon pa rin. Hanggang sa inalis ko na sya sa routine ko then boom, unti2 nawala pimples. But since promising talaga tong si Niacinamide, after 6 months nag try ako ulit, pero nag research ako na dapat nasa small % lang pala para iwas sa breakouts. So triny ko yong kay Dr. Kie (KBK), doon lang talaga ako nahiyang, and wla ng plan na sumubok pa sa iba baka magka breakout na naman.

I don't see anything wrong with it naman :) pero skin niyo talaga makakapagsabi kung ok ba or hindi. So monitor kung naiirritate ba, nagddry or if you're getting any reaction from your products. So always listen to your skin!

i used to use the mentholatum one, though it did kind of cleared my skin up after some time it made my face develop a few tiny bumps that gradually accumulated over time, which were so annoying cuz they were so obvious. despite that i still continued using it for over two months but still the bumps didn't go away and it just multiplied even more, so as expected i ditched it. but it worked for you, so i guess it varies on every skin types.

Hello, same tayo ng situation. After ng oral acne meds ko (duration around 8 months) Nag back to oily narin yung skin type ko but the breakouts wala na (hopefully no intense breakouts comeback) . Since I want to continue working on my acne scars.😊 Thanks for sharing your regimen

Adapalene is great! My skin just responded better with tretinoin and mas aligned siya with my "gracefully aging" skin goals haha. But I know a lot of people na gumagamit ng adapalene and it works great on them :) so it's really different for everyone!
