I didn’t talk about September October, November and December because that was pretty recent and to be honest with you, it was hard for me in September when my little muffin died and I just didn’t wanna talk about it but the good news is that I do have Sitka here with me now and that’s been a blessing, so I hope you are enjoying your weekend, thanks for watching. I pray that the Lord brings you a tenant that will appreciate all that you have to offer on the homestead, and also someone that you can have fellowship with. It's good to have someone to share your life with at times, but then you'll also have the privacy to be by yourself when you need alone time. Your future looks bright!

Look into Hipcamp or Boondockers welcome. For your property. Make the tiny house an Air BNB. Definitely make sure your water pump can provide. Plus electricity, especially for the airstream. Do not sell now! Build first and sell when the interest rates go down. Keep your gardens up, this year as well of chickens. I like your plans, just a little advice. Love your content. I sold the rental house in June because that investment more than doubled in profit is paying the build . Thank you so much for your kind comments :)

You have got some really good plans for this next year and I'm sure you will find someone to rent on your property and they can keep your chickens cared for while you're gone and keep an eye on your house and call the police if necessary.

It's hard taking young adults that are in or in the foster care system. I know a man that took in his new wife's sister's kids because they were in the system and the kids were giving them a hard time. He left the home. And another family took in some 5 kids and they eventually got into trouble, got into dtugs and went looking for the mom. They still have problems, some don't learn from their parents mistakes but copy them.

Praying it all works out for you! If you already had the tiny house built, it would have been great for me! But I am stuck in this lease until September! And my sister is wanting me to move to Texas to be closer to her and the rest of my family! I don't have much left in Tulsa anymore, only one of my friends is still here and she is planning on selling her house and moving close to her mom! I cam always come back here occasionally to see my granddaughter and great granddaughter! I just don't want to live in the Tulsa area anymore! My oldest son has lived in Lake Worth Florida for 4 years now, but I don't care much for his wife! Just kinda feel lost!
