Embarrassing for the Jeep Dealership that didn’t spot this basic issue. I would go back and get money back for not fixing a fault within their expected skill set. I would show them your video and negotiate a free service out of them vs naming and shaming them.

Insane. Shame on me for not thinking something so simple. And shame on JEEP NYC service center for joyriding my car for that long and lying to me week after week.

Thank God! Back to driving it and im so happy. Both cars are cool but for the Jeep is the perfect size

I wanted SRT Jeep but $ was an issue with all the ones I looked at. Settled for used Mustang GT 2019. I like how your Jeep sits high (SUV), great visibility in traffic. I was over in downtown Newark sitting in traffic and saw a hemi Grand Cherokee realized that your vehicle is perfect for city driving. I hope you keep it or at worst case in a year sell it to me (grin).
