Yesss, she literally changed my whole perspective of food, working out, beauty standards etc. She did something my parents, therapists, doctors and me couldn’t do for years. Linda is REALLY changing lives ❤️

I am 15 right now, and when she talked to her younger, 15 year old self, it felt like she was talking to me. I just sat there with tears in my eyes, silently thanking her. this is actually the best video i've ever watched on KZread.

I felt this. I was the fat kid. Honestly I would've not care much, but school and people glances really fuck me up. From the extrovert and sassy toddler/little girl, I began socially awkward and insicure. I was sure no one want to be my friend. I lost a lot of weight when I hit puberty (I was 10, an early bloomer as well), but I had so much fat that I was still overweight and obviously at that age be beautiful and thin becomes a focal point in the life of a girl. I felt less than my friends, I knew no one would be interested in me. I lost 10 kg in a little more than a year, between 13 and 14. I don't think I had an eating disorder, but for sure a disorder eating and a shitty relationship with my body: I often skipped dinner and a cycle bike (is the name right?) became my best friend. Needless to say that loosing weight didn't change much for me, because something had to change inside. I lived with the fear of gaining back the kg for years, and my weight fluctuates as is normal in your teenage years. At some point gaining weight became more difficult: I could literally eat everything I wanted by the end of high school and that probably healed a bit my relationship with food. But loving myself was always out of question. There will always be something that make you despise yourself: you're too short, too tall, your boobs are too small, you have cellulite, your eyes are too small ecc... I will be 21 next month and I decided I don't want to care anymore. I feel as I had waste too much time chasing the impossible, searching an excuse for self loathing. Now I exercise, but for the health of my body, not to be beautiful and I try not to care about the numbers on the scale. Thank you Linda for what you do!

at 18:47 when she said “here is why it is all worth it” made me cry because my family could and would never sit and laugh and just have fun my dad is distant and even had my name spelled wrong in his phone he forgot my birthday and called me fat multiple times. my brother wished me dead everyday and made sure I don’t forget how much he hated me and wishes that I was dead along with calling me fat and etc. my mom always gets mad at me and won’t take responsibility for anything and turns it on me if I tell her that she wasn’t nice to me today she will just turn it on me. my bsf left cause I can’t spend the night during covid cause of health problems in my family. i’m starting to develop an ED and I keep hinting at my mom with comments like “I ate to much” (only eating dinner) and “I look rlly fat I need to stop eating so much” and if I say “i’m fat” she won’t tell me no ur not ur beautiful she will say instead we just need to eat better and it really is getting worse everyday linda’s videos are like the closest thing to therapy i’m ever gonna get it angers me that I get jealous of her family... the love they all have for each other and how much fun they enjoy each other’s company I feel if I disappeared half of my family wouldn’t even notice and I just want to be the happy little girl I was the girl who didn’t worry about weight the girl who didn’t feel sad all the time the girl who ate what she wanted without worrying it’s been a long time since i’ve seen that girl my mom has pointed it out as well so yea thanks for reading this long ass rant ❤️ UPDATE: first thank you guys for all the support and love you gave me it truly had made my day and probably my whole week and also i’m only 13 the past 3-4 days have been really bad my brother was being nice and we actually hung out and got along for about 20 minutes haven’t spoken to my dad he yelled at me cause I didn’t clean up his mess but that’s normal my mom has been mad at me and has been really mean for no reason recently and keeps telling me she’s gonna get rid of my dogs even though I fully take care of them and I keep asking her for workout stuff ( a yoga mat ) and some healthy food from the grocery store and we use instacart cause of health issues and she took ALL of my healthy stuff out of the cart after promising me that she would order it and ended up canceling the order and got mad at me because I fell asleep and also yells at me for being on my phone during a pandemic... so yea its kinda sucky rn but hopefully it will get better soon

i understand what you’re saying and i want to tell you that people love you. even if you’re family relationship isn’t great i promise that many people (including me) love you. remember that you deserve happiness and you deserve food. eat every meal and be grateful for it. you will find happiness and peace, you are on the right path. reach out for help if you need it (we are all right here) and try not to get angry at yourself, it’s easy to long for the things you wish you had. above all love yourself because you are spectacular and you are here for a reason

i don't know you, nor do i know why your family is treating you in such a manner, but i think you need to focus on yourself and what makes you happy. your family might not be the ideal, mine isn't either, you just have to believe some way, somehow life will take you where you need to go. one day you'll meet people who love and care for you and right now you just need to be that person for yourself. sending you lots of love, if you need anyone to talk to about literally anything, let me know :)

Years have nothing to do with maturity. There are people who are 3 years older than you and i'm sure you are more mature than some of them too. Age doesn't mean anything when you are in your 20's adult years.

im honestly so grateful that God somehow allowed me to stumble across Linda's youtube page, because otherwise my relationship with food wouldn't have reached this point in the last 6 years. i'm still trying my best not to feel bad for eating more than my supposed calorie intake, but looking at Linda eat just makes me think twice before putting down my fork. honestly, linda to me is like lilly sabri to linda, she just makes me love exercising and she has such an impact in my overall body image and how i take care of my body. thanks for doing what u do Linda!!

I didn't cry BUT I feel waaaay better now! ... except for the fact that I want to start doing sport again but I always procrastinate, to be honest I feel a little bit disappointed with myself because I love doing sport (especially skating, sadly I've been forced to stop competitions due to physical problems) but I became too lazy in the last 5 (?) years and it doesn't matter how motivated I am (is it am I? Sorry I don't remember the right form), I don't move from the bed. I actually tried to workout but It lasted a couple days.. I even created some beautiful routines to follow after many searches and studies so I can be more organised but not too much so I won't stress about it (I'm a perfectionist, I need to plan things ahead or else I will feel bad) :') Does someone have an advice for me? 🥺👉👈

She also said that she is going to try and be as strong as you. She understands what you meen by being enough. Same thing happened to me last year,I was in such a deep depression and unbearable loneliness I turned to food and self destruction In order to feel good about myself because she was the only friend I ever had,am recovering now and thanks to Linda am understanding it's ok to eat it's ok to smile it's ok to laugh away the pain and it's ok workout because I love my body so much that I want to improve and not because I want to look like everybody else🙂

Same! I wish ive found Linda earlier so i didnt have to recover. But, im happy i found Linda in november, so she helped me recover, she showed me the beauty of the world, and that there is so much beauty. And that its all worth it. Lets admit it, we all would have been lost without this wonderful girl

I think Linda has helped all of us she’s changed my relationship with food I’ve always been a tight diet saying you’re not good enough for now if there’s A day I should work out and I don’t feel like it I just won’t and I don’t have a diet I eat what I want and I’ve never loved my body more

I am literally crying. You are without a doubt the most talented, relatable, honest and valuable person I have ever come across. Your talent blows my mind! I have watched every video you have ever posted, and I can honestly say, you are the reason why I realized that I had to save me from myself. Listening to everything Lily Sabri said in the clip you inserted, made me so happy. It was so spot on and just beyond true, and you deserve so much acknowledgment for what you do. I've always been overweight, but it was 7th grade that I went downhill emotionally and my anxiety went 📈😥

i just turned 16 n im so happy n grateful for finding linda last year, i relate to a lot of her past self, but these past year ive been in a healthier mindset with her videos, thank u for teaching me how to feel good in my skin n not feeling guilty bout what i just ate well gettin there !!

it is beautiful to see this video when I'm turning 20, dealing with my body issues, my enoughness. Linda, this is such a heartwarming video, this is so brave to show us the ways you've passed. Wow. At first, I found this channel and loved how she was so creative and exercised with her family everyday. But I never knew how complicated her life was until now. Of course mine wasn’t as difficult but similar enough to relate to all the negativity. Ever sine the beginning of 2020 when I saw my first video of hers, I was instantly inspired and glad that there is someone else out there just like me.
