    People frozen vegetables are healthy, sometimes they're healthier than the vegetables you purchase since these frozen veggies are frozen as soon as they are ripe and thus have more nutrients locked in. There's nothing wrong with frozen veggies. Stop fear mongering, arpit is far more educated than you lot.

    Now the so called frozen food lovers are expressing their opinions here that it is healthy because the companies are packing them as and when they are produced. Every packed food comes with chemicals like sodium benzoate and sodium nitrate to preserve its self life and you are preferring it over raw vegetables available in market 😅😅

    This guy is saying all over the chats that sodium in the packet is just 300 mg. Which is not the case. I just checked, packet says Per 100 g - sodium is 10916 mg. So that packet of 6 g would have 655 mg of sodium. And all this too the company has mentioned...maggie was really under scrutiny for high sodium content few years back...i really doubt they are even mentioning the correct information. Why dont you do a lab test of it and share the lab report on your website. Im a subscriber of this channel but after watching this advertisement of maggie, I'm unsubscribing.

    This is not a maggi masala advertisement.. even though you are putting the entire sachet as well lets say the sodium content is 650 mg which is also fine coz WHO limit per day is 2300 mg.. Also do you know just 1 g of salt has 380 mg of sodium and if you are cooking an omelette of 2-3 eggs using 1 g of salt then you get 380 mg of salt in a single serve.. Also the guidelines of 2300 mg is applied for a normal individual not for those who are people who lose big amounts of sodium in sweat, like Atheletes, Gym goers, and workers exposed to major heat stress, such as foundry workers and firefighters Dont be afraid of sodium, have it in a limit Also if you still wanna avoid maggi masala then make your own masala by combining salt, garam masala, haldi, black pepper etc and I am sure by doing that also you will get around minimum 500 mg of sodium

    @@allaboutnutrition Well that video thumbnail which you have put sure does look to me as a maggie advertisement. Its not wrong..its your channel, its completely up to you. Secondly the sodium which you are talking bout in maggie masala is not a simple form of sodium..it is a flavour enhancer (E635) which is made of different types of sodium. And I dont have to be a scientist to conclude that having that flavour enhancer everyday will not be great for health. Im not saying your dish is improper.. but it cant be projected as a healthy everyday protein source. So something like this on a health channel is very unfortunate.

Then you said i dont know nothing bout your diet but the way you over complicate nutrition says it all. Then your point that he used whole packet? I mean what are you really trying to say even if it has 600 mg sodium then what? You sweat you excercise you walk you lose much of that sodium and the Upper limit is 2.3gm-2.5gm for an AVERAGE person. And anything is not necessarily bad or good dosage matters everywhere in this case its 30% of the daily requirement and its lunch so its supposed to be a heavy meal compared to other meals. You sound dumb bro get your statements checked. FYI oreos serving size is 2 biscuits and who tf eats 2 oreos might as well eat 2 whole eggs for the same calories.

    Frozen is the best method to avoid nutrient loss in food and keep it hygenic.. Also please understand that the veggies you purchase from the market is not fresh as it is firstly extracted by farmers then it goes through pesticides process then it goes to warehouse then it goes to wholesalers then it goes to retailers and then you buy it.. A clear example of fresh is when you pick and eat veggies or fruits from your own farm.. Also not all frozen foods are bad. It depends on food type you are purchasing Remember Milk, curd, paneer, green peas are all frozen which are consumed widely by most of us

    Its clearly mentioned in maggi website that MAGGI Masala do not contain Monosodium Glutamate.. Still if you have time and want to avoid maggi masala then make your own masala combo with the use of haldi, garam masala etc etc

    The World Health Organization suggests a limit of 2,000 mg of sodium a day and one sachet of maggi masala has 299 mg of sodium.. Also Salt doesn't makes you fat.. Avoid believing this shitty myth.. Have the amount of sodium required daily..dont take it too less and dont take it more also..
