Can you share your thoughts on Zara? I’m trying to be more sustainable and also do more of a capsule wardrobe, and was always told Zara was the original fast fashion so I never walked in. But it seems you have a handful of Zara pieces throughout your videos and it’s evident some pieces have lasted you years and years so I’m torn. I guess this was also kind of a can you share your thoughts on working towards a sustainable wardrobe in general. Thank you in advance!!

Hey Kim, my gosh this is such a hard question to answer because Zara is not doing great when it comes to their sustainability. They ranked quite low in a recent fast fashion survey which breaks my heart because I find their pieces have been really good quality, last me for years and seem to fit me well. When it comes to my capsule wardrobe I try to only buy from Zara if it is a pieces I know I will get a lot of wear out of (jeans, boots etc). I don't buy trendy pieces from there, or anywhere for that matter. In addition, I ALWAYS look for Zara jeans and denim shorts on Depop when needing a new pair and have always found plenty so maybe try there first? I think I could definitely do a sit down chatty video on my thoughts about sustainable fashion. I could always be so much better and it is something I am working on. @@byShannonReynolds thank you for your input! I think my biggest problem in this sustainability journey is I’ve been acting like it’s all or nothing, and then that discourages me. I’ll have to keep reminding myself mostly sustainable is better than not at all, and not beat myself up over one or two items.

The white button down is on my list too! It really is a hard find. I don’t want too stiff
